There is a boat arriving in Germany on October 12th with EU Rivetwars stuff - I'd suspect Arcadia Quest is in there too to consolidate shipping and the timeframes match a mid September ship departure.
shame it's still about a month off, but at least since it's all packaged it should go out fast once customs is done with it (great chance of arrivals in October!)
U.S. - will leave straight from warehouse.
EU - come from China and be distributed to hubs in EU Oz - come from China and be distributed thru Oz hub
China/PAC - come straight from China.
Expected delivery for most of US 1st full oct Week
The update (see below) speculates late October early November for the EU stuff to arrive which sadly sounds like boat time rather than plane time
Update #78 from Arcadia Quest

Shipping Update and Promo Hero cards!
Greetings fellow Arcadians!
We apologize for the unforeseen delay, in all honesty we expected to be shipping by now. Unfortunately, we ran into several issues involving shipping rates and getting the things to work properly so that people could finalize the payment for their shipping cost. We're glad to say that this is now resolved. We remind all our backers that if you have not finalized shipping, your rewards will not be processed at this time with the exception of those of you who contacted us regarding unique destinations or shipping calculation errors. These late confirmations will be processed after the initial wave of pledges go out.
So, what's next? If all goes according to plan, rewards will start being packed and shipped out next week. We already have the whole production in both our China and Atlanta hubs. As rewards get packed in China, they will be sent to the distribution hubs in Europe and Australia, and then onwards to backers in those regions. Meanwhile, the rest of the backers will get their rewards shipped directly from either the US, Canada or China hubs.
We share your anxiety about seeing this game delivered to your doors as quickly as possible. So, to ease the passing of time, and give you some stuff to explore and discuss while we wait, we are starting to update the official Arcadia Quest website, getting in shape for the official release of the game. The first thing we added? Information concerning the promo heroes, of course!
In the following weeks we'll be adding more stuff to the website, like the monsters as heroes and promo monsters, blank cards for you to customize your game, and much more! It's almost time to battle in Arcadia!
Still pretty impressed that this thing Is basically going to be on time. I expect folks in the US and APAC may actually begin seeing packages as early as late next week.
Sounds good to me. I already got my Dogs Of War game today. And Myth. And hopefully my Brimstone pledge soon as well. I'm happy to add this to my incoming pile.
Plus whatever piles of minis continue to trickle in as always.
Great news, fellow Arcadians. The shipping of Arcadia Quest is on its way!
In fact, some backers should have already started receiving their shipping confirmations. At this point, the USA hub is packing and sending out pledges, with the China hub expected to commence soon, as previously announced.
So, as you wait for your order, you can brush up on the rules for Arcadia Quest with this great How to Play video by Rodney Smith's Watch It Played:
Got my shipping notice for AQ today. Supposedly should be here next week.
Like I said, when it rains, it pours.
Now if Mantic would get those robot legs figured out quickly, and those Frogs would get rolling on their shipments, I'll be achieving gaming nirvana from now until Kingdom Death arrives.
Naturally they mixed up my add ons. Had two medusae instead of the other wizard. Everything else was good. Figures look nice and crisp.
Game looks to be fun, but already my kids are whining about fighting each other in addition to the monsters (translation- they know Dad will go for their jugulars each and every time). Probably doesn't help that I've been trying to get them into Myth this week, where everyone is on the same side working together.
I look forward to trying this out with older family members who have no qualms with butchering each other (to the point where they'll probably ignore the objectives, letting me sneak in for the early wins).
Really impressed by the minis, much better detail than I had anticipated honestly.
Also just played the first scenario with a couple buddies and it was a blast. The one concern I do have is that if one person has a rough game they could fall behind - the other two players earned well over double the gold I did. That's fine because I totally played poorly and paid the price, but now they have substantially more gear than I do, which may or may not turn into a big advantage. I think it will be ok if I am smart enough to play the next round mostly hitting monsters and maybe picking off low-health straggler heros. Good news is that even while doing poorly I had a lot of fun and even without much money in the upgrade phase I was able to come up with some good combos using the new gear I could afford.
The game is quick and brutal, and it's easy to finish a round in an hour or less not counting setup. Really looking forward to playing more, and even after this first campaign is done I'm sure i'll be back to pick another set of heros to go at it again (the heros make an absolutely huge difference to how you play, and thanks to the kickstarter I have a zillion).

A few things about that...
*You quickly fill up your 12 slots... so no one will have 'more' as they will be discarding loot soon.
*Some loot is 0G so simply having it dealt to you in the post-game loot phase means you might get loot regardless of gold.
*You can always focus on the 'loot' quest over the 'title' quest should you want loot.
I really think the game seems to have built-in checks to prevent over-gearing. You have the ability to choose loot you can't afford simply so other players can't have access to it during purchasing. So between the ability to basically bury loot as well as 0 coin loot, I really don't see much reason to farm for gold during gameplay. (but I haven't played enough to know that for sure)
Hadn't considered the fact that once we all fill up it will level out considerably.
I think the next match might be rough because they'll have some characters that can attack an extra time before resting, and they got some re-rolls. The 'free' zero loot is admittedly a great help but they definitely will have a power advantage next match.
Overall I suspect you're right and no advantage will persist long. I also need to play with Portals more as that seems like a great way to catch people off guard or just sweep some more Exploration tokens.
Final conclusion - very, very pleased with this project. Delivered just about on time and with top-notch quality across the board. I may have to see about getting myself the expansion...

I have to say, some heroes do seem a tad OP. I suspect a 'meta' will happen where some heroes may need to be banned, limited 'heroic' and limited to one per guild or simply suck it up and accept that hero drafting is random. A lot is unknown and I suspect we will quickly see both loot and hero rankings out there. For now, just enjoy it and play around. We are gonna try to kill lord fang tonight and see how that goes
But of course, as people learn to play and figure out counters and tactics, it may all balance out. But for a KS game, the rules are enjoyable and balanced IMHO and may make for a real tourney-style game.

I still haven't heard a thing. Any other Aussies had any luck, or should I start to chase up CMoN now?
I'm not sure, honestly the CMON updates need to have important information copy and pasted into each one. Either I'm backing to many CMON projects or their updates have too many pictures, because I have no idea what's shipping when.
Cincy? Any ideas? Your post was at the end of September speculating that APAC might have it by the following week. (October WK1). We're hitting the final week of Nov now.

I'll see if I can find out. I know US shipping is done.
We have received some information about the AU shipment from the International distribution hub that we wanted to pass along.
We've been informed that the container arrived a few days ago and has just completed initial processing. This process is expected to be completed this week and shipping to begin shortly after.
When we have more information, we will do another update immediately.
Yeah, got that update. It's ...odd. After seeing all the stuff about it supposedly docking 3 weeks or so ago. Doesn't really tell us much, though.
Of course, I've seen all sorts of random and contradictory info in the comments, including stuff about the ship having docked at Sydney, or Melbourne, and local distribution being via Aetherworks in Sydney (after they finish doing another KS) or Ikon in Geelong (near Melbourne).
I'd guess Ikon - since the product isn't listed on Aetherworks' website, but shows up both on Ikon and Popcultcha's websites. (Dist and retail arms of the same mob). Also Cardmania as their retail store.
So im sad I missed this, seeing it flooding stores and lots of people having all their stuff. Even watched everything "Watch it played" did on it and wish I didn't miss it as I feel id love it.
Kind of a bad situation as so many minis were KS only. (26 I think)
Unless there is some magical way I can get it for a good price, its ebaying for $400 or more for all of it.
The biggest cost is the KS only guys, which not only can they upcharge cause you cant get them else where, but even at a retail cost of 10$ a pop, its 260 bucks. Looked and saw just the 26 guy box set alone sell for over 300 earlier this week.
Also really want the token set of hearts, coins, statues for actions and the skulls.
Bottom line
Is it worth forking over the 400$, or is it better to just get all the retail stuff and suck up missing a huge amount of figures?

Just wait to buy it until you go to a convention. They'll have the promos available there and will probably give you 2-4 for purchasing the game from them.
I really enjoy the game, but I'm not sure any game is worth $400. With that being said, I don' think the extra heroes add enough that I'd be too worried about it.
If I had to tell you one KS exclusive to get, it would be the Nameless Campaign.
Buy the base set (for less than we paid on KS) and see if you like it.
The Nameless "campaign" is literally just the entire campaign from the base set redone with minuscule changes, and it's included in the Guildmaster box. If you break down and buy that in the future (don't pay $300, PM me if you're THAT desperate) you can get everything but one hero.
Well, something got delivered for me from Ikon today. Based on the KS comments, I'd say there's a very good chance of it being Arcadia Quest, but since I'm also a Popcultcha customer and have some pre-orders with them there's also a chance it's one of those finally having shipped. I'll find out Friday when I pick up my mail.
We got the base game. Played the Orc Hold mission. We had a blast. The minis are some of the best plastic/resin/whathaveyou ive seen. Such good details. I ended up forking out 65$ for the Nameless box. Mostly cause the GF is a harry potter nut. Kind of depressing that its the exact same as the base game.
I think I found an alternative for heroes. either Impact miniatures or suer dungeon explore heroes. I can find those pretty cheap, like 3-4 dollar cheap. I wont have them all but I can match as close as I can and just edit the card picture and print it out.
I know its a long shot here, but if someone doesn't want their Guildmasters box and minis, id buy it! You can keep tokens! Just want the minis and cards. I could offer round 100$ USD give or take...please!

I'm in Sussex and I haven't heard anything yet either. I don't think there is much of a pattern geographically. I'd be super happy if mine turned up later today though.

Ahh okies, I'm just worried because of where I live I tend to get things a few days late anyway (there is no such thing as next day delivery here ).
It is one of the best "board minis games" I have played in a long time. First mission takes a littlewhie because your also learning rules ( maybe hour-hour and a half) but after that the longest time seems to be set up for us. Cut that back a lot with tokens being in their own dividers. We have had it bout 2 weeks and just beat the third outer circle mission so time to move in! Once you get the rules its a very fast game. It needs more dice though, as my one character is rolling 10 defense dice.

Do you want to play the game or paint the mini's?
Check out the reviews on BoardGameGeek. Looks like you can download any game content from CMON that you're not getting in the KS, or any KS-related game content are minor changes.
As for miniatures, Impact Miniatures has a ton of chibi mini's, as does Super Dungeon Explore.

If you are looking for Chibi Minis: You missed the boat... There are tons of the exclusives and you will never have them.
If you are looking for gameplay: All the HERO rules are downloadable. Added-Heroes add minimal to the game and actually get 'hero overload'. Some of the best heroes in the game are from the core boxed set. You can play AQ with just the core boxed set and be super happy with the gameplay. 12 core heroes with the 6 promo heroes is plenty of variety for most people.
It really is a great game and you are not missing much without the other heroes.
So we have had 5 games thus far, and possibly tonight we go agaisnt Lord Fang for the first time! It is one of the best games ive played to date. I did managed to get most of the KS items in piecemail.
spent 80$ on base game
spent 60$ on nameless campaign
spent 125$ on the guildmaster box (not including nameless in it)
So 265$ which is far cheaper then any ebay acution for it all ive seen. All that is left to get is extra dice!!! (man do we need them, atleast defense dice...) and Beyond the Grave. Im also sure I will be picking up the new extra heroes being released.
Jeezum crow! Any other auusies get their shipping bill?
$80 US!
That's my last c'mon kickstarter, the games are great, but seriously, didn't they start an Aussie hub?
My friend is having a similar problem. Hers was supposed to be posted from Germany to Malta, which is relatively cheap, but for some reason they posted it from China, and now she is getting stung for loads of money by customs. She seemed pretty upset about it, especially after she exchanged loads of emails with them about it being posted from Germany.
