Normally, I am all for me becoming something important but I thing the Irish person should be in charge of the brewing of the ale. I am only Swiss and our beer is just okay.
Also I beg of everyone, please remove your lynching votes. I'm too tired to go back and count who is being attacked by who right now. All I can say is that after much math, if we play this right we can still brew enough beer to please the Count. We've been doing well as a town and if we keep it up we will make our numbers before the wolves can turn or eat all of our innocent families and friends.
So I beg of all of you, unless you are 100% certain, do not lynch anyone.
As the day grows to an end, a crowd gathers around the gallows tree. A villager is brought struggling forth and is quickly prepared. The horse runs from under the condemned and the body drops. Unfortunately, there is no crack and the poor soul is left twitching and gasping for air as he slowly suffocates. Finally, the body is still.
The town prepares for another long night, fearful that once again the silence shall be broken.
Medius Denbrum(Medium of Death) has been lynched. He was a Villager.
Catalina has once again been elected Braumistress.
Greetings all: Qui Gon Jin here. It appears that while you bickered, the wolf grew in strength. Don't let visions of the future cloud your judgement. Live in the moment. The werewolf is actually none other tha- what, Obi-Wan? He did what to children? Dammit, sorry, Anakin is getting out of line. I guess you don't need me. Carry on and trust the Force.
Day has begun hours ago and yet none of my fellow villagers have had anything to say. I fear that we are all beginning to lose hope. Why thoigh? If we get really lucky we may still win. Wer'e only two barrels away from pleasuring the count! I would like to elect myself as brew mistress again as I have so far helped to produce much beer. Personally I would like to continue to harvest hops as I have every day prior. If the numbers support that barley would be the better choice I will change, someone just has to let me know.
Ooc: I am not on my computer with all my notes about who may be guilty and what not, I will determine a possible lynching vote when I can review my notes.
Once more I vote for Catalina, it seems that we have no hope of finding the wolf so our best chance is pleasing the count enough to send reinforcements. In the aid of said endevour I shall harvest barley. As we have no idea who the wolf is, I vote to lynch nobody
I have grave news. I examined this man last night.
He... is the killer in our midst. He bears the mark of the Lycan. This is true as was the identity of all those I have previously claimed innocent - two of which have already been proven true.
However, I was wrong yesterday. I offer my own head, should the village see it fit to lynch me for my failing yesterday.
I shall allow the village to act on that information as they will.
I shall harvest Hops this night, and also
vote Catalina as Brewmistress.
The fate of the lycan we have discovered lies in your hands, fellow villagers.
Me? What, why? I've done my best to first brew, then harvest, going so far as to not press my case for braumeister so that we could get our brewing done, then you call for my head? If von Germanburg hadn't been declared the wolf by the seer, I would call for your head in retaliation, but as it stands, I'd rather see the wolf die. Unless you are calling for my head because you were turned?
Indeed. However, given my previous failing, I shall not lead this call to lynch. If other villagers are in support of such a move, then I shall assist in his apprehension.
This was revealed last night as per my Mystic vision. I based my last call off of my gut, which was wrong. However, this is solid evidence. He is a wolf, and if others are calling for his death, then I too shall vote to lynch Karl Von Germanburg.
Listen, people. This man has been wrong before and why would he be right now? His story does not add up either. Why would the mystic reveal himself publicly like that? That would mark him for death for the were wolves
Besides, this is simple math. If this man is right and I am the wolf then it will not matter since tomorrow we will meet our quotas and the Kings men will come down and hunt the Wolves. If he is wrong then I will die and my harvest will go to waste. Do the logical thing and do not vote to lynch anyone.
I came out publicly as I trusted the Brewmaster to protect me, which they have done so. I was wrong before, but the situation now has changed. Von Germanburg is a wolf - if not, then tell us, where is your Guinea Pig? Absent from its cage save a little blood as I saw. Who else might have devoured it, the muffin man?
TheCustomLime wrote: It makes no sense to hang me, though. If we finish production then I will be hunted by the King's men. Unless... you all don't want them here.
But what if he is wrong and is actually a wolf? Then you will have lost a producer and thus lost the chance to finally meet our quota. Then you will be at the mercy of the were wolves.
TheCustomLime wrote: But what if he is wrong and is actually a wolf? Then you will have lost a producer and thus lost the chance to finally meet our quota. Then you will be at the mercy of the were wolves.
Hlaine, before his death, suspected one of us was a wolf. I know of my innocence, but I had no proof, until the seer brought it to me! You are guily as charged, Germanburg!
I have no idea who did that but whoever it is will pay dearly for it! I loved that Guinea Pig. I named him Herr Squeakers.
Anyway, look at it like this. What do you have to gain by killing me? You may kill one wolf. May is the key word here. But what if there is another one? If you kill me then there is a very slim chance you will accomplish anything of substance.
However, by letting me live, you have a very good chance of harvesting the two barley needed and you will have your Wolf's head anyway. My point is that hanging me is risking a lot to accomplish a little. What you are risking here is the potential of making those two last kegs of beer and finally being rid of the Lycan menace.
What I am asking for here is one night. One more night so that we can practically guarantee that we will make those last two kegs of beer. Elect Catalina as Braumeister, harvest barley and elect to lynch nobody. This is the path to our salvation.

What if this alleged seer is a wolf, sir? He could be misleading us so that we will hang the wrong men and play right into the wolf's hands.
Edit: Yes, but if he isn't the seer then his harvest will go to waste and you will not have mine since I will be dead. If he is then his harvest will be turned into beer anyway. Again, you are risking victory over these monsters for nothing.
Mein gott.. I knew it. I am surrounded by Wolves. That is why you are throwing the vote for Braumeister. That is why this alleged seer is wrongly accusing me. All of you are Werewolves!
It is too late for this town and most likely for me. If there is one thing I can say to you all is that you are monsters and should be ashamed about all you have done. I hope one day this world can be free of the curse of the Lycan. But obviously that day is not today. I only wish I could have died with my Guinea Pig.
You have a very, very good chance... around 50%, actually, of losing a crucial bushel of barley from myself. But this doesn't matter, I guess. I know all of you will ignore me and just go along with the Pied Piper here just because he says he is a seer either out of a desire to go along with the group or you are a wolf.
Burn in hell. All of you. For all of the innocent people you have murdered.
Okay, Noobius, riddle me this. If I was really the Wolf why would I have allowed Hydrus to live? He publicly said he was investigating me which, again, makes no sense since it makes him the target for the Wolves. If I allowed him to live he would have revealed me to be a Wolf and I would have been hanged while he would live to produce Barley ensuring that the King's Men would arrive. If I murdered him I would have died anyway but it would be that much harder to make the last two kegs of beer and I would have taken this alleged seer with me. Even if he would have been right and declared me innocent then why would the other Wolves let him live? He is the biggest threat to Werewolves presently since he can reveal their true identies.
No. I think the most damning evidence against Hydrus is the fact that he still draws breath despite accusing me, publicly, of me being a wolf while he is the seer.
In that case neither of us are wolves, you fool! It's Hydrus! It's always been him! He was the one who murdered Mr. Chains! He is the one who sent Mr. Doe to his death!
I vote to lynch Hydrus Joneson and if any of you have any sense, or aren't Wolves, you will vote with me! Down with the false seer!
Lies! I would never have killed Mr Chains, nor Mr Doe! You did not kill me last night simply so you could follow this little ruse of yours, convince them of your innocence and have them string me up!
I have only ever looked to the defence and love of this fine town. If you would kill me now based on so little suspicion - in fact, it cements the fact that you are the wolf.
You should have murdered me first Von Germanburg. Then your ruse may have worked. But they will not believe you, for they know I am innocent. Ignore his lies fellow villagers! He is the wolf we seek - one of them at least. He must hang for his crimes!

You fool. You just hung yourself by your own words. It would have been in my own interest to murder you first had I been a wolf. I could have potentially gotten out of it by arguing that the Wolves would have wanted you dead. But I didn't. Do you know why? Because I am a simple farmer.
Hang this man and vote Catalina into office! Follow me to our salvation!
Yes, follow the wolf in sheep's clothing to your salvation... or his salivating maw!
You left me alive when you found out to make yourself look innocent. What kind of wolf would leave the mystic alive? One in cahoots with them, or one trying to deceive the village.
Follow me, for I know the innocent. If you doubt me, I refer you to Mr Chains and Mr Doe. They were both innocent as I said, and now the knowledge has been proven true. As true as your guilt, Mr Von Germanburg.
What would I accomplish by allowing you to declare me a wolf? If you hadn't lived the night then there would be some uncertainty. Perhaps the Wolves would have killed you so frame me so that they could eliminate two harvesters with one go and eliminate the seer. I could've have also equally argued my case without you constantly jamming your undiluted crap down people's ears. Yet, you still live and you make this false accusation towards me which would eliminate a harvester and ruin the chance for the village to get the King's men down here to kill all of the Wolves. How convenient for the wolves. It's almost as if you are one of them. Or at least in league with them.
I beg of all of you goodly people. LYNCH HYDEOUS! VOTE FOR CATALINA! DOWN WITH THE WOLVES!
The sheriff rubbed the dirt through his fingers, crouching in the middle of what once was the vibrant town of Schweinshagen. Several corpses dangled from the nearby tree. Crows had already pecked away the eyes and tattered their flesh. More rope and axes were strewn about, but whoever owned these instruments of death were now no longer around.
Standing again, he walked over to his horse tied to the hanging tree. His retinue of five guards all dressed in the count's colors stayed on their horses, nervously gripping their crossbows and swords. They were badly spooked by the desolate fields they road past and the empty cottages that were abandoned and left undisturbed.
As the sheriff mounted, the sergeant rode over. "Sir, the men do not like this. Only less than a fortnight ago we road through here and everything was fine and peaceful. This is just like-"
"Don't say that name," snapped the sheriff. "It never existed. And neither does Schweinshagen."
"But sir-"
"No. We move on. Send word along that we need torches and oil. Salt if we have the resources too for the fields. Reroute the merchants around the town. I'll move on ahead to Yakkenhoff. The count's decree must be carried out."
The sergeant hesitated a bit before slapping a fist to his chest in salute. He turned and rode off towards the huddle of soldiers, relaying the given orders. When his subordinate was far enough away, the sheriff reached into his vest and pulled out the missive that had the stamp of the count sealing it closed.
He rolled the closed document in his hand and sighed. So far, two villages were lost and the remaining ones in the realm were none the wiser. Sure, the merchants could spread rumors, but the panic had so far been contained. Until they knew what they were dealing with, all the count's men could do was to remove the haunted remains of what was once sleepy hamlets and continue to carry out the demands of the insatiable thirst of their liege.
As he replaced the scroll back in its place, he wondered if all this for a few barrels of spirits were worth the curse it brought along....
