Because poll for this question would be VERY BIG, we will all wright down our answers. You can name max 3 callings in 40k universe. I will start first:

In 40k I would be Grey Knight Terminator, cleansing daemons and searching for Draigo.
Seconly, I would be Cadian Imperial Guardsman, if I must die - I will die standing
And finally - Black Templar sword brother - when I apsollutelly must cleanse the planet of xeno, heretic and mutant scum...

I would be a Night Lord and I would scare the out of all you mutha f s before I stone cold ended you.

I would be a planetary governor. Why? Well, because ruling a planet is cool. You are rich, famous and can do whatever you want without risking your life.

I would also like to be a Navy officer, commanding my own ship. Not necessarily an admiral (controlling and entire fleet would be too complicated), but having a "little" cruiser of my own would be nice.

Probably a bumble bee or maybe a honey bee.

Rogue Trader, Tau Shas'O, or Lord Inquisitor.

I'd be a Kasrkin, destroying the enemies of the Imperium one unclean heretic or xeno at a time...

Secondly, I'd be a Deathwatch sniper, cleansing the Imperium of wretched mutants and xenos.

And finally, I'd be a Genestealer... 'nuff said.

Rogue Trader Captain would be my first choice.

Lord Admiral of a Sector Fleet would be awesome.

Titan Princeps would be pretty hardcore fun too.

The Emperor's Champion, above all else.

Then maybe a Jump Chaplain of the Black Templar or Ultramarines....just so much relic-y and holy goodness.

Thirdly a Tau Crisis suit pilot, tons of fun with that thing.

I'd be a random guardsman ordered on a suicide mission in my first battle, who somehow manages to not get hit by the first three ordnance rounds. Then the fourth would obliterate me.

1. Marshal of the Black Templars. Leading countless Crusades, For the Chapter and Emperor. Slaying Heretics and Xenos, Traitors and Scum a like.
2. A Storm Trooper of the Steel Legion. Where my LiFE is always on the Line to serve the Imperium, Armageddon and the Immortal-Emperor against impossible odds.
3. A Templar Assassin, serving the Imperium's Assassinorium as well as the Black Templars Chapter, in killing the enemy behind enemy lines.

For the Emperor!

Titan poilt, then necron lord on a destroyer body, then iron clad dreadnought.

ID be the Tyranid OVERMIND and devourer the imperium, eat the emperors corpse, and then watch the latest episode of docter who on Macragge while snacking on Guillimans bones. Yup all dat stuff
