When a selection reaches "0" it is out of the game. My personal feelings is this game is now flawed as Adeptus Mechanicus should be Imperium of Man, but there you go.

If you where going to put Ad Mech seperate, then all the factions should have been. Marines, Ecclesiarchy, Inquisition, The Guard etc.

Not flawed, just the 2 parts of the Imperium taken separate, like they are technically.
Its also the decision of the OP who gets an entry.
Space marines, IG, IN, Inq, Ecclesiarchy are all part of the imperium itself. Only the mechanicum was its own faction before they joined and still
have some autonomy.
