"Alea jacta est" (maybe spelled wrong, means "the dice have fallen" in latin) say this whenever your opponent rolls REAL crap

"kill da humie weidboy fingy!!" whenever i charge a farseer (orks don't differ between human and eldar)

and making up fluff during battle is also great fun!

i use some pretty standard lines, but i have the owners of a local game store "trained" ( as well as several of the patrons) so when i yell "we march for McCragge" i always hear four or five people yell back "And we shall know no fear"

i have also been known to use "While E Coyote: Super-genius" when i screw something up.

i too like to make up fluff when playing, and describe events in detail and i LOVE to take pictures! its fun for me, but i have to tone it down, because my opponents will eventually notice i only take pictures when I do something cool, NOT when they do...

Inquisitor Garrulous Lynch of the Ordo Hereticus, as he delivered the killing blow to a Colonel of the Imperial Guard who dared defy the will of His Divine Majesty's Most Holy Inquisition: "The Emperor Protects. Just not from us..."

Canoness Cassiopeia of the Order of the Crimson Sigil as her grotesquely large and cumbersome chainblade drove up and into the sarcophagus of a Dreadnought of the Space Wolves Chapter: "In Nomine Imperator."

Frequent one: - Eldrad will fix it!

In my tyranid codex it says"the time to remove this cancer with a knife is over, bring forth the torch".

I was using a pair of LRR a game ago.

Just on turn 7, the only models left were a pair of devs with MMs and Sgt with a combi melta. My immbilised, smokeless LRR was parks a few inches away.. I flamed him with both of my Flamestorms, scoring 5 hits in total and 4 wounds, killing him.
