1 - The new codex will reveal that the Fallen are really the loyal Dark Angels, the DA are in fact traitors.

23. Plasma on everything. New type of Plasma Fist which works as a power fist at initiative.
24. Plasma reactors in vehicles allows them to move flat out as if they were on a road. If they come into contact with terrain you may make a Plasma Smash Attack. Roll for dangerous terrain first, if it passes you get the chance. On a 4+ the vehicle moves the rest of the distance as if it were a skimmer. Place a large blast marker where the vehicle stops and resolve it as a s7 ap2 attack on every enemy model. This attack does not scatter as the Plasma Jets under the vehicle slow its descent.
25. Plasma Field. 6" Aura 4+ cover save, however all attacks made by a plasma based enemy weapon are dissipated in the field and thus are ignored. Even to units behind the bearer of the field as the blast fades into nothing as it passes through.

35 - I can confirm the Secret Wing and their Eliminator Armour get Plasma Fists, and Plasma hammers. Eliminator Armour is 5+/2++ and Secret Wing have 3 wounds.
36 - Secret Wing have many special rules such as 'Mysterious Strike', 'Enigma Attack' and 'Secret Weapon'. The Codex does not explain what any of these are, to get those rules you must buy the double secret super decoder ring for $53.45, available from GW's website.
37 - When battling Eldar both players roll a die. If both come up 6 then the battle is canceled. Both players must leave the room and turn off the lights for a half hour. Then they return and clean up the table. The Codex does not explain why.

at the beginning of turn 3, roll a D6. On a 4+, the model stays as normal, but otherwise, they suffer mesothelioma and have all attributes brought down to 1.

So I just talked to my buddy whose the guy who told me that the 6th edition rule book would by 50% recycled art and that there'd be a price hike this year so I know he has an inside source.
88 - Cypher is actually a C'tan!
89 - Ravenwing now wear white armor, Deathwing wear black. Armies must be in the correct color for tournaments.
90 - Cypher is actually a Daemon!
91 - DA may not use drop pods, instead they use Hellbore tunnelers. Hellbores have the same stats as drop pods but are different models. You must buy Hellbores to play in tournaments.
92 - Cypher is actually an Eldar!
93 - Due to a cut and paste error Deathwing now cost 1 point and have 50 wounds. GW says they will correct this in the next codex, due sometime in 8th edition.
94 - Cypher is actually an ork!
95 - Company Captains have been renamed Rear Admirals. There is no explanation for this in the text. When asked Mat Ward just giggled.

96 - A new wargear item gives models a 2++ against daemons and psykers. It's a lair of protective runes scribed in pure nun blood. They are called Matte Wards.
97 - Cypher does not exist!
98 - The dark secret of the Dark Angels is finally reviled. When Lion El Johnson returned to Caliban after the Horus Heresy everyone was confused because they'd painted their armor green instead of black so they figured it was the Death Guard so Luther attacked. Once things were sorted out Luther was so embarssed he took off into space and changed his name to Cypher.

OK I know some of these rumors are a bit far out, but I can see them happeneing. 102 - The new DA book will be more expensive than the last one. 103 - But will still have recycled art. 104 - Several older models will be rereleased, but now in Finecast! 105 - The codex will either be grossly overpowered or grossly underpowered, my sources was not sure. 106 - Rules for the Fallen will either be grossly overpowered or a lackluster after thought. Or maybe absent. My source was unclear. 107 - There will be a new special character in Finecast! Maybe more than one! 108 - the new codex will not only have rules for tactical marines, but also for assault and devetator marines and even scouts!

Special Rules
And They Shall Know No Fear, Combat Squads, Stubborn, Hunt the Fallen!
Hunt the Fallen: The enemy warlord has information on the location of The Fallen, or is a member of The Fallen itself! The Dark Angels must always issue at least one challenge against the enemy Warlord in any combat where possible. The challenging character counts as fearless, feel no pain and preferred enemy (Fallen) for the duration of the challenge.
Deathwing Assault: As now but: "Deathwing are masters of teleport insertion. Deep Striking Deathwing Units that arrive on the first turn do not scatter."
Army Composition
A Deathwing HQ or Deathwing Character as your army's Warlord makes Deathwing Tactical Squads Troops, and allows the use of Deathwing Assault and Deathwing Support squads.
A Ravenwing HQ or Ravenwing Special Character as your army's Warlord allows for Ravenwing Tactical Groups as Troops, and allows the use of Ravenwing Jetbike Squads and Ravenwing Air Support Groups.
HQ: Azrael, Belial, Sammael (in Bike, Jetbike, Land Speeder and Stormtalon forms), Ezekiel, Asmodai (now Master Interrogator after the death of Sapphon by Cypher's hand), Lord-Interrogator, Deathwing Hero, Ravenwing Hero, Company Master, Librarian.
Retinues:
Lion Guard (Azrael, Company Master): Includes Standard Bearer
Deathwing Command Squad (Belial, Deathwing Hero)
Ravenwing Command Squad (Sammael, Ravenwing Hero)

111. The Deathwing can now have plasma guns and plasma cannon
112. Lion El'Johnson will come out. The whole time he's been that Watcher hanging at Azrael's behind.

115. Cypher is Bruce Wayne, and will appear in the next movie, disguised at Batman. 116. Dark Angels love of plasma weaponry knows no limit. A tactical squad can take up to 5 plasma guns. However, if 3 or more get hot in the same round, the entire squad is lost with no saving throws allowed as all of the plasma canisters ignite and create a mini-supernove, or DAnova, as we will be later calling it.

Watchers in the Dark are a new HQ. An inside source tells me that they're stat-line is WS 7 BS 10 S 3 T 6 W 4 I 8 A 4 Ld 13 Sv 1+/1++ and have super power weapons that are AP 1 and get to reroll all failed hits. They all have Psychic GUNZ that fire little psychic Orks who eat others and count as S D AP 1 Assault 120. This is not considered heresy as Azrael and the Grand Master of the Inquisition had a very special night in Paris once

123 - At the beginning of any game with allies roll a d6. 1 - A-Ward. You may upgrade any allied model with any wargear from the Dark Angel codex for free. Don't worry about any combinations being too strong, it's the emperors will! 2 - Power Creep. All Models in your army get +1 WS and BS for each codex that's older than their own. 3 - Stolen Relic. The Dark Angels believe that their allies have stolen a relic of their primarch. The entire army opens fire on the most expensive allied unit. 4 - They know our secrets! Your allies have found out your dark secret, and don't care about it. They must still die. Dark Angels must shoot their allies as long as any are alive. 5 - Jokes about robes. Every allied unit has to make a leadership test. If they fail, the squad leader makes a joke about marines wearing skirts. Resolve an orbital strike against each unit that failed the test. 6 - It's Cypher! Determine a character at random, including all friendly and enemy models but your own warlord. As long as that model is allive, all Dark Angels must shoot that model, firing twice as many shots, ignoring range and LoS limitations.
