Yes, exepct the recon it's all FW! I don't use the FW rules... It's a normaly Captain with a TA and Special Ammo... but with a great work behind!

I look forward to seeing more of this, there's nowhere near enough people playing Raptors in my opinion.

Thank you wib! Now one Troop team it's almost ready..I'm start from Asterion Moloc' body, remove the top of the armour and the head, remodel the back and put the Ivanus head! bolter and power axe!

I can paint 4-5 hours for week ...

Not gonna lie... your leader's power-axe is friggin' sexy as hell. Don't think I've ever seen "power" weapons done quite that way...

Base: XF-58 Tamiya
Wash: Agrax Earthshade
XF-58 lightly
XF-58+XF-59 (4/1) for the first light (45° around and top)
Same mix + XF-57 (4/1) final light!

YHEAAAAA, an other one in the Raptors family. You most do Issadon, giving stealth to you army is a must to have.

These guys look great. Raptors are more practical right? Your paint scheme reflects that perfectly.

Today i've buy this plate for my AoP project. It's necessary for the bases of all my warrior 'cause everyone have a different base! Who on water, who on land, etc...
As soon i do made the drop pod crater...and buy a drop pod!!!

Now I've no problem!!!

Tomorrow, when the glue it's dry, i put some stones around and start with the stucco! Modelling the crater , the floor and the swamped river.

I've create a little wall for an enemy outpost and made an history!

Im guessing you are going to go for the second image look over the first.
I think doing a good swamp will be much tougher but you will have way better results in the end. Way more impressive than a dock setting.

Those raptors are great! And yeah, like evreyone else i do love that axe!! One thought though...well two...it seems the rim of your bases is a bit sloppy(?) Though that could be the look youre going for....which is cool too....but they are coming across a bit monochromatic, as if the whole thing was just drybrushed one color? Again maybe thats what you are going for? But for instance, my favorite model is the one with the fern on his base. That tiny little detail goes a long way into seperating the base from the model. Id love to see more ferns...and yeah im a sucker for aquarium jungle foliage, but who isnt??

Be patiently with my bases, in the next pic you can see many holes on my display. This is the reason why my bases are not finish. They'll be painted whit the rest terrain...and if you think that on center you will find a river...you know all! Right? I hope it!

Looking good, the face is especially well done, skin colour looks very smooth. Only criticism I have is the hole in the bolt pistol appears a tad too small, but that could just be the picture. Keep em coming!

Oh wow, gorgeous stuff. love the board & marines. And I like the repositioning of the Storm Talon's missile launchers as well. It's a small adjustment but already does wonders to fix that silly toy look of the standard model. I've got one lying around as well, and it's hiding ina corner because I'm going to brutally attack it with a hack saw.

They look really good never seen anything quite like them

Ahh, the chain bayonet on the heavy bolter. Sure, you could put something sensible like a bipod on the under barrel mount, but that’s for scouts! This guy is just as hard as his squadmates, and isn’t going to let a few extra pound of gear hamper his CC, he’s going to use it.

What Di you used to model the Bolter's silencers?

For the silencers, I've used a piece from the sprue. I mounted it on the running head of my dremel and shaped it with a cutter blade.

Very good work. I like the look and feel of your marines, particularly the work on the Asterion Moloc conversion. If I may ask though, why paint the faces of the scouts in such a light scheme? It seems to jar slightly with the overall appearance of the figures.

Well the Raptors come from the Raven Guard genestock and they get a white complexion with raven black hair due to their geneseed. It could be that.

Those scouts are so cool! The camo works really well with the drab green of the Raptor's colour scheme. That along with the conversions make the unit come alive.

The Ogre sword on the contemptor is sweet. Looks like he took it off of some savage warlord and is just swingin it around.

Wow! The contemptor's sword is really cool. Nice conversion. I like the Yu Jing look of your centurions and I'm especially impressed by the orbital drop burn on your drop pod. That's really striking!

Man, those Centurions rocks something fierce! I love the green of the armour and the weathering you do on them, it's perfect! At one point, you really should do a step-by-step on how to paint a Raptor marine.

Nice entry burn effects on the Drop pod! Hope to see some more soon!
