Well this used to be a popular topic on Dakka so I thought I would bring it back plus if you want you can show your photos from the previous version of these threads to show how much or how little you changed.
Please remember that if you do wish to show a picture of yourself
A. Don't attach it using Dakka's attachment system.
B. Please keep it work suitable and remember that we also don't want or allow offensive t-shirts, slogans, poses etc etc.
Might also be good to add that users under a certain age shouldn't post pictures of themselves on the internet. Posting your age if you're fairly young is already discouraged, so it seems logical to say it about pictures, too.
Me thinking deep and noble thoughts. Kinda old, but I've not been taking pictures of myself lately because I've been working out and I don't want to be one of those guys.

So we can't have slightly crude pictures of one user, but another user can blatantly post pictures of what is clearly a hooker? I find fault with dakka's judgement.
Was that in the show yourself thread I made, or the one that came after? Either way, I remember that
Most recent picture of me I've taken. It was taken to mope on Facebook about finally shaving all my 'excess' ( ) facial hair. The reason I look so happy? I needed a new profile picture
Also, because I like showing it off, heres me from this most recently past Halloween
(ignore my roommate's wall pictures, and imagine I had applied the eye makeup properly )

What I did was create a photobucket account hope that helps.
Okay so, allow me to just enlighten you people a tad.
The difference between saying 'corn rows' and 'braids', is sort of like the difference between saying 'playing with toy soldiers', and 'wargaming'. There's a way laypeople say it, and then there's the right way to say it. We've all experienced it with our hobby, so I feel that's the best way to analogize it to you all. If you go into a black hair care salon and say ''I'd like corn rows", they're going to cock their eyebrows and laugh at you inside. Of course I expect further debate from some of you, but this is all I'll comment on this particular subject.
With that out of the way, here's a photo of me with buzzed hair, this was around Christmas, so slightly out of date. My little cousin Julia is with me. That is known as a 'baby'. LOL:

Only picture of myself on my pc. It's taken in Trier, Germany. School trip. There's like hair covering most of my face. Also raincoat. Damned rain..

Hamming it up at the grand sumo tournament in Tokyo.
Hot springs at jigoku-dani (hell valley)...By the end of the day I was like, "I slogged up a mountain in 4 feet of snow to see some smug monkeys sitting in hot water?"

Anyone else notice that monkey is clearly eyeballing the camera?

Yeah some of them did act up a bit for the camera but this one was like the evil monkey in the closet ala family guy with my friend taking the picture.

Nah he's eyeing off the hat.
He might have followed me back to Tokyo and stolen it, the little thief; hat went missing like 2 weeks later. It could have been the monkey, cleverly waiting until my guard was down....either that or the drunken night at the clubs in Shibuya.

I tried to post my pic from Facebook (I don't keep online photos anywhere else), and it failed. So most I might do is change my profile pic to be me at some point in the future. Unless someone shares with me the wisdom to transfer images from FB to here successfully.

Go to your FB photo album, click the photo you want, right-click the selected picture and go to Properties, copy the Image URL, and slam that in [img] tags.
Facebook profile picture, put a tiny bit more weight on since that picture hit. I'd post pictures of going mountain climbing in the fall, but I don't really feel like posting pictures of my dad while he's topless in ALL of them! Mostly I don't think he'd appreciate me sharing with people around the internet. Thanks Avatar, for instructing me how to do this!
Lol, Slaanesh, due to the washout of your shirt, I thought that you were wearing your jacket with no shirt on... which would completely make sense, as it could just be some strange variant of the Zulu Warrior at the Third Half of a rugby match
mgs kinda looks like he could be the younger brother of that guy from the show american pickers, who's doing the staredown behind the camera to insure they get a cheap price for oil cans or rusty bikes and all that other random crap they buy

Thanks.
If you cannot follow these rules, then please do not post in the thread.
Not hover hand, I believe they wanted to make a heart shape, hence their arms up like that. As you can see my contribution towards that was pretty crappy.
Doing good! Also, I can blend seamlessly into a row of Black Library Authors and sign books as Abnett, Dembski or McNeil's stunt doubles...
So where's your picture?

copy and paste the link into your address bar, click... That's how I was able to see rubiksnoob's photo earlier in the thread... but who knows, Flickr is a fickle beast.

I've since done some sweet color adjustment and F'booked that one, so I may as well repost it with the better link.
Huh a Dakka Mod on a motorcycle, I specifically remember another Dakka mod that went around the country on a bike... Anyone know what happened to Jin and those pictures

Woops my bad, I didn't realize that only Jin and I wore frilly dresses on motorcycles
I'm not overly confident person when throwing images around the web, but here's a gift I gave my love for valentines day a few years ago followed by a couple more normal recent ones....
purplefood wrote: Why a hat and sunglasses?

This statement right here purps is how I know you live in a country that doesn't see the sun
The hat is to provide levels of shade and protection on the head (for those of us that shave our heads), and the sunglasses are to keep the brightness level down.
Since Red isn't allowing bikini shots and the like here's one of me at the Dakka Platinum Devil 2 tournament from a few years ago. I'm the posh chap drinking the vino; bonus internets for naming the wine, it's vintage and the mystery dakkanaut in the background.

Having just been out working on the pool and mowing the lawn in the Mid-West I can assure you that both are needed It's different to the UK where a week of sunshine and low-mid 20 Celsius is considered the summer
Miracle grow on the face, works a charm. Just before bed, mix the miracle grow with some water to make it a bit pasty like elmers glue. Then just apply to the area you need hair to grow. In a few weeks time youll be a manly success. The stuff is used for more then just growing lovely flowers
1. Now I can't get that silly song with "I gotta wear shade..." out of my head
2. Why does it look like your in back of church drinking due to the stain glass window
3. My wife has similar square glasses

Why does a bar in a church appeal to me?.......
Well, I'm the one on the left...
And it was the bar of the hostel (Hans Brinker Budget Hotel) we stayed at in amsterdam a few weeks ago.
Although there IS a bar that used to be a church (oddly named The Academy) in the town I live in...

Snapchat is a smartphone app that was touted as being faster at sending MMS messages (i.e. picture and group messages) on the iPhone than the iPhone. It got some negativity due to the fact that people were sending nude photos over it because it would delete the photos after a maximum of 10 seconds. I occasionally get snaps from people, but I took that one when talking to a friend about how awesome I was because I had a gold medal. Snapped the pic, and drew what you see there

But... You don't have green skin at all! Is your name even Lynn? That's 2 lies at least!!!
(nice beard)
i once painted myself green in highschool for a project, most entire class did actually
and lynn may or may not be part of one of my covers, so no lies there, haha
and yes, real men have facial hair
Dye your hair black and you'd be a dead-ringer for a young Snape.
~Tim?
If I don't grow up to become Alan Rickman then I'm blaming you.
I don't know what to say to that...
Also, me and you should totally form the Dakka Dakka Big Nose Appreciation Club. I mean, look at mine...
Aren't I a moody one?
When did they construct that white entry way in front of you? And some bloke in a black shirt is in standing in front of you like he's on vacation or something.
I don't have many where I'm able to pull a face that looks remotely human, so these'll have to do
Looking fairly scruffy after spending the night on a freind's floor:
Scrubbed up fairly well for the end of year fancy dinner... thing:
A couple of weeks ago, having had a haircut, but unable to actually smile in a way that isn't terrifying, due to alcohol (ignore the goon on the right).
The last time we had one of these threads, Ribon Fox came in posting semi-scantily clad images and the thread was locked because it sent Dakka OT in a flurry of many members questioning their sexuality

Though I must be used to local cross dressers, whom mostly look as if they came from Catachan /:
Malfred.....I go with a pic of Malfred from Harry Potter. None of us know you right?
I would post a pic of me from way back when I was a young E4 but then it'll be deleted without you knowing to look at the unit patch. Though its a Battletech Innersphere unit and not 40K...how close and can I get away with it Second thought I keep it to myself
Noble efforts with the cross dressing but I thoght it was about time for a proper transperson to show how its done http://m.flickr.com/lightbox?id=9677053571 (Sorry for just a link but me phone is naff at getting direct image links)
