Alright, I'm interested in seeing what you most fear when playing your specific army. By that I mean, what do you hat eto see facing you down across the table? I'm not talking about things you dislike/find cheesy/whatever, but rather what makes you go "Oh man...how am I gonna win this one?"
So, just state what army (or armies) you play and what scares you when using that army.
One of my main armies is Deathwing.
There is a whole lot that kills me, but I hate to see hordes more than anything else. I just know that even with absolutely perfect shooting I likely won't make a dent, particularly when I'm running Godhammer-heavy lists.

I play Ulthwe Eldar. More specifically a slight variation of the old Ulthwe Strike Force. That means I don't have many Serpents and I'm not spamming Guardian Jetbikes. Since I'm foot-slogging it, Orks. I can usually eke out a win, but when I have to suddenly deal with 4 squads of Boyz, and a squad of Nobz in my face Turn 2. I get worried.

They took away my "Holy Orb of Antioch".
I am concerned about white rabbits.
(with "a vicious streak a mile wide!").
Other than that, 30man Ork shoota blobs with Lootas in the back and Koptas with twin linked missiles. I still cannot understand how Orks can outshoot marines...

I've played guard for years, and, by far, my most consistent problem is monstrous creatures. Guard can take a boatload of plasma guns, and have had other options for handling them at even closer ranges, but most MC's, you've got to reach out to touch, and guard has traditionally been pretty terrible with long-range multi-shot weapons that are both good S and good Ap. Artillery just doesn't cut it.
Of course, we now have much cheaper executioners and plasma cannon sponsons on russes, so this will probably begin to fade.
After that, my most difficult problem with guards are drop-pod lists, or lists that can sort of resemble drop pod lists. Any army that can bring a lot of killing power and be able to focus it really well on just one spot makes problems for an army that, even in mech form, traditionally has terrible force concentration.
So I'm talking proper drop pod lists (especially BT), and DoA BA, and to only a slightly lesser extent DE. I'd say deathwing or bike lists, but those kinds of lists, while good at concentrating, rely a lot more on having better durability than having more killing power, which means they play more of a battle of attrition, which guard are pretty decent against.
In any case, I can count on one hand the number of times I've beaten DE, BA, and DT combined. Not that I necessarily see all that many of them, but when they're there, I know I'm up for a challenging game.

The first time I played against dark black templars was against a drop pod list. I've been roflstomped by bad die rolling before, on multiple occasions, but I think that was the only time I ever got absurdly evicted from the table where it really was just my own fault, and nothing more.

Minotaurs: Kroot. Local guy likes running unorthodox, but very min-maxed lists. He's fond of 80 sniper kroot, 2 riptides and 3 skyrays (apparently a "Farsight Enclaves List, my foot, but that's another matter). The riptides get fisted to death pretty regularly, the skyrays I can just ignore (footslogging Terminator/Honour Guard list), but those kroot, 80 sniper shots a turn makes anything cry.
Death Korps of Krieg: Daemons. I've yet to lose to Eldar, or Tau with Guard, but those thrice-damned being of pure cheese irritate the hell out of me. I run very tank-heavy armies, and Daemons give positively not feths about high strength, low ap large blast weapons. One can only kill so much 3+ invuln per turn, and it is rarely enough before they simply go around my guardsmen and wreck all my support by walking across the table.
That, and I have a 50% "1" rate on any dice, so that may colour my opinion.

Guard codex, but the Krieg IS don't have the combined squad rule, means orders only affect 10 guardsmen.

On a side note, my Eldar really don't like an army with multiple Sicaran Battle Tanks in them...only faced one so far....and it was a PITA. I imagine multiple would lay my skimmers low quick.

I play Iron Hands, so I'm worried about Necron gauss weapons.

Orks: Matt Ward, and anything that deepstrikes, big gunz and lootas are far less effective when being assulted in the back field

Let me guess, sisters?
My armies greatest fear is a new codex that everyone loves but totally invalidates my playing style and build. What's wrong, bro? The new codex is fly. Who cares if you'll have to reorganize your army and buy new choices?

My Orks have become very wary of Tyranids in Kill Team (HoR Rules).
Stick a Zoanthrope and some Hive Guard in ruins to provide 2+ cover save with shrouded. The Hive Guard ignore cover and cause instant death against anything with 4 toughness (Practically every Ork unit) while the Zoanthrope insta-kills my Meganob leader with Warp Lance. I was frustrated to say the least.

Sisters of battle:
1: My game really starts at 24" for the most part, so a lot of long range fire. So Guard and Tau fill me with fear.
2: Also getting in hand to hand with just about anyone. With a priest my squads are decently tough, but I just can't do any damage.
3: Marines loyal and fallen. They have better stats and toys and complain about how bad their troops are. Hello, for two or so points you get +1 Toughness, Strength, Weapon skill, and Initiative! (But it is fun to see them when my 6++ does manage to work and a Battle Sister walks off a laz cannon)
4: Flyers. I have yet to face them, but I don't have any myself to they are kinda scary and mysterious to me.
Guess I am kinda chicken.
