Genestealer Cults Codex yet to be announced but new models are inbound 3. Expect to see previous of Age of Sigmar's new Night Haunt on Warhammer Community in the coming days. 4. We saw the new models for Necromunda's House Cawdor, they look vicious! 5. More genestealer cults models!!!! must have, please be a limo, etc no mention of Ork models, hope that's not a sign they they're going to be book only as I fear that would end up with a lot of the finecast characters going missing

Well I was in the second row and can expand on some of those more
For the orks, they wouldn’t confirm what new models, but did say that, following the tend of all the recent coded releases there will be models to go with the orks and that they would no longer be an awful army.
There were a few questions about kill team. They said there would be an awful lot to say about t on the community site in ohhh 2-3 weeks *nudgenudgewinkwink* and that the rogue trader stuff we have seen will be a part of the kill team thin. Sounds like kill team may be something g larger than just one book or one box... we shall find out soon though!
For the cult, they did seem a bit sad that they couldn’t talk about the book yet, but seemed to say that the aberrations may be outt before the book and that there was more to come for them.
For the night haunt next reveal, they said Tuesday would be a good day to watch the commmunity site and that AoS 2 could drop any day now, getting gem that it was June today.

The new Aberrant also appears to have some sort of tail - I can't remember what type of tail that is - is it one of the Carnifex tails (though a smaller version).
Here's my thought on what this new Aberrant is holding:
It's a close combat weapon for a much cheaper points cost. It might have a few minor bonuses and weaknesses (e.g. +1 Strength, -1 to hit with the weapon), but it'll act as a cheaper alternative to the Power Pick and Power Hammer. So if a Pick Aberrant is ~27 points, a Hammer Aberrant is ~33 points, and an "improvised weapon" Aberrant could be ~17 points (a 0 point upgrade perhaps).

Finally separate Aberrants I need some for Necromunda but I'm not paying ebay prices for the Overkill ones.

Genestealer Cult getting Aberrants was expected. The ones from Deathwatch Overkill were part of a combined sprue, so GW needed a separate product.
If GW retcons the Screamer Killer as a monstrous unit for GSC I'll be overjoyed.
The new faction is probably Rogue Traders.

WAAAAGH!!! ORKS!!!
As far as a new faction goes, I really hope it's something Xenos aligned - and not entirely new as well; we don't need MORE races and factions. We need more XENOS aligned Mercenaries.
Rogue Traders just sound like more Imperial garbage; Kroot Auxiliaries would be great - I love Kroot, and would be glad to see them fleshed out more.
I'd really love to see a Xenos Mercenary codex - GSC infiltrators working with other factions, Kroot working with the highest bidders, Freebooter Orks, Necrons working for trade goods, and other such xenos; so that every Xenos faction essentially got a shared supplement, and could start souping a bit themselves (for better balance and fun).
THE ONLY THING THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS THOUGH IZ ORKZ BEING THE BESTST! WAAAGH!!! THEYZ NEVA BEATN IN BATTLE!

Just as a quick note, for anyone not aware the Games Expo has now become a pretty big event from quite humble beginnings. GW is one company here amongst a number, admittedly a good proportion of them are boardgame related but it's definitely worth the trip for the whole hobby event.

Beasts of War have rolling coverage of the events and different things on offer, haven't seen it yet but they usually have a good go with Salute in terms of showing what is going on there if you're not able to attend

considering the community page released a quote saying gnecult was the last Xenos codex I doubt any kroot codex is likely planned in the future.
That said I think the quote was referring to Xenos that we currently have within the game with a previous codex and are awaiting an update. It's not stating that no new xeno groups are planned nor that no new xeno sub-groups are planned; just that from what we've had before only the Genestealer Cult (after orks) remains to be done.
I think GW would consider Kroot to be a fully new army concept for Xenos so if that were coming it wouldn't be something we'd be "waiting for" until GW give formal announcement of it.
As gamers we also don't know what GW's actual plans are once the last formal army codex drops. We know there's a lag time before Sisters of Battle, but otherwise we can only speculate on what GW will do from this point on. With a new Age of Sigmar release my impression is that we might see Sigmar releases pick up the pace (esp books) so we might now be approaching a year or so of heavy Sigmar releases; with 40K getting data-slate released new models and updated sculpts in drips and drabs whilst Sigmar takes the limelight (which would be a good thing to help solidify the strength of that range). We've also got Titanicus in August which will likely dominate that month and will add to Necromunda, Bloodbowl and other games.
Or GW could be addicted to new armies (Sigmar certainly shows that they are as they've split several armies into sub-faction armies) and we could see ever more codex released and further splitting of armies (personally I hope we dont - a few new things is good - too many and it get silly )

Clearly just cleaning out the inventory for their inevitable Squatting*

*is that term even accurate these days? Grendl Grendlson is saying perhaps not?
What else are we going to use lol? 'permanently(as far as we know) removed from the game and production though still existing in one form or another in the fluff and still remembered enough that people bring it up a lot.' P(afawk)rfgptseofafsrepbual' just doesn't have the same ring to it.

Well, none, unless you count that Necron board game. Which, given this is games expo, maybe, just maybe, might be a promotion of this. But yeah, let's just put tin hats on and start making dumb off topic comments on Primaris
Um, I wasn't making comments about Primaris. I just pointed out that it was a Heroes figure.

Please god yes. I reffuse to spend £10-15 per tactical marine on ebay but I really want them. Plus the captain from the Heroes range is one of my favourite sculpts.

Are they in scale with 40K? I remember someone saying they were bigger but I've never seen them in person.

I’ve got a complete set needs building. Will do one of the basic guys, and compare to a MkIII.

I did a review of the Space Marine Heroes Series 1 a while ago, including size comparisons. They are a bit taller like the Mk8 Deathwatch Kill Team Marines, arguably the most "truescale" Non-Primaris-Marines GW ever released.
Check it out here: https://taleofpainters.blogspot.com/2017/11/review-japan-exclusive-space-marine.html (scroll a bit to the bottom)

Thank you.
Don't know why I thought they were so much bigger, but now I see how they are.
I actually quite like the Captain.

Yeah, I never saw him before- that’s pretty good. Especially the full MkVIII plate.

Going back to the "new faction" debate, I've just reread "Titanicus" and would love to see a Dark Mechanicus Heretek faction- alot of potential for crazy models

You're certainly not alone there. Lots of people would love for the Dark Mechanicum to be expanded, to give Chaos access to some of the same stuff, and even wilder stuff, than the Imperium has.
Here's hoping. :/

Edit to avoid the ire of the almighty Mods (by not having a minimum word count in my post): This is the best news coming out of this event (for me). Absolutely LOVE this model.
