I was given the test print prototype thingy for Kadis to paint a couple of months back. Im not the best painter by any means, but I think she came out well. Plus she was really enjoyable to paint
(Ignore the paint on my hands... had a lot going on that day apparently)
How about a little effort next time? You can do better.
Keep the habit, get rid of the robes, and give them fatigues, or IBA's. You have basic GW poses from the 90's here. How about just casting them in half at the waist, if that is how this is going to play? BDU pants, and boots, Webbing, if you want Apocalypse, how about football pads? What about simple armor plates on the front and back of them? What about Boob armor? How about Bikini's and IBA's?
I see a great opportunity here, but your being lazy with it. You can do better!
We're actually delayed one month, as we hoped originally to be complete a month ago, but our resin caster closed operations and we had to find a new caster mid-production!

Thanks Kid_Kyoto,
This is, believe it or not, exactly the reaction that pleases me the most. :-)
The nun mobile and artillery are really, really good.
Thank'ee twice!
They've been designed to be modular to a degree, so if you've any suggestions for other towed weapons using the same chassis you'd like to see, or other variants of the Nunmobile, please let me know.
And with a bit green stuff I can finally have the Women's Brigade for my Tallarn
Cool idea!
And well-priced too.
Cheers.
How much time is left in Lent?
You're not allowed to give up collecting Nuns with Laserguns for Lent.
The amount of time permitted for that activity is "nun at all".
Nice stuff - I hope to have some someday. That rocket launcher is particularly excellent - you might consider alternative crew, for those who don't appreciate elderly nuns in habits on the battlefields of the grimdark insane future. People who are Not Me, in other words.
LavuranGuard wrote: Just saw this and ordered some nuns! Will need more, but already elbows deeps in unpainted SoB kit which I need done for the weekend.
Thankyou LavuranGuard!
Really glad you appreciate them, and are planning a good sized force too. :-)

Definitely, looking to go full batteries on the towed pieces and add some of the Donkey cavalry. Also looking at wheels swaps for the heavy mortars for my Blood Pact army, possibly something with a tyre. Any plans to do a heavy flame thrower nun?
We've been running a couple of days now, and have hit 10% Funded.
To celebrate, here's something we intend to do throughout the campaign - five more items to add to the STL Download package.
A new modular Spire base piece.
Three new modular Spire mid pieces.
One new modular Spire roof piece.
Thanks for your backing and interest so far everyone, please keep sharing our campaign and help get the news out there, to make this campaign a success!
Thought this'd be a useful couple of comparison photos to show the size of our plastic building kits, that the new kickstarter is planned to expand upon.
Top photo: Next to a GW Titan model.
Bottom photo: A 4x4 table.
We've now hit 15% Funded!
Today's new STL files to add to the 3D STL Download set are a pair of Excrementum Hidarium Tanks (You do not want to know what they're hiding within their armoured shells...).
Please keep sharing the campaign, every little eyeball helps!
Thankoids,
- Ben @ TMG
Today's new STL file to add to the 3D STL Download set is an Eight-Legged Black Widow Icarium Gas Tank Of Extreme Danger.
(It's extremely dangerous)

We're also looking forward to revealing some new campaign elements later this week : An upgrade to the Nuclear Wastes Infantry Specialists Set, and an entirely new STL set, focusing on planetside facilities for ***BZZZZTT***** TRANSMISSION INTERRUPTED ***BZZZZT****.
Share the campaign to all your friends, relatives, pets, and cyber-assistants.
Today's Update, adds an entirely new STL file set to the campaign, ready for pledging!
This new set - SET B - concentrates on Spaceport / Starbase type terrain pieces and other scenic models.
We look forward to adding lots more models to STL set B as the campaign progresses!
Share the campaign to all your friends, relatives, pets, cyber-assistants, and sentient grains of sand.
Thanks everyone. :-)

STL set B contains:
Modular Perihelion Base
Mobile Goliath Crane
Cargo Pods
Cargo Lighter Transport Ship (Two variants)
Cargo Transport Crawler
Cargo Forklift
Port Crane (Three variants)
Dump Bins
Sir Fusion Plant
Laser Field Fenceposts
Power Station Cooling Tower
Atmospheric Processor
80mm, 105mm, and 120mm Cratered Bases
Mobile Mining Excavator
AND, we'll keep adding extra items to the STL set throughout the campaign!
For today's update, we'd like to announce an upgrade to our Novan Nuclear Wastes Specialists Set.
We've added a squad support heavy gun to the set, and also added two whole new sprues, containing five Ogroid Infantry (Two poses with portable Grenade Launchers, and three poses with Shields and Banhammers).
This raises the total number of metal cast figures/models in the set from 72, to 82.
I hate to say it but I really think you should see about getting the shuttle cast up ASAP, that's the sort of amazing model that can make people open their wallets but most folks don't have or won't find 3d printers.
Sadly I won't be getting into this KS, too much backlog, but wow it is an amazing product and I hope it makes it.

Very much this! I don't have access to a 3d printer and finding one locally is dicey but if that was available in resin or metal I would throw some money at it.
Anyone with a 3D printer who doesn't buy this set is a complete maniac in my opinion! Incredible work guys, everything looks fantastic!
Out of curiosity what printer would you guys recommend for your stuff? Doing a little math in my head you could buy your STL files, a printer, and get a fully furnished board for not a crazy crazy price!
I am guessing it would be prohibitively expensive to produce these things in resin as well correct? Probably worthy of its own kickstarter in any case!
In any case I pledged for just one little building now as I am trying to save money at the moment but I would love to see this project become a reality, good luck with everything!
Edit:
Ooh and I missed the latest update, that new ship looks great! What is the scale of that thing (not that it really matters if it is just a 3D file I guess..)

Depending on the size, I too would buy one in resin.

They've largely been designed as I typically design for matter printing for masters which would be printed for production, using support beams where necessary.
Larger pieces have been sectioned and hollowed to save material & bed space efficiency, and I'm happy to help out with a little bit more slicing if someone requested it.

This freighter is 84mm long.
I'm seriously considering doing it in resin, as well as 3d.
Because you asked for it... From today's campaign update:
Hello Backers, and Watchers!
We've now hit 33.3333333% funded!
Because we're getting good takeup on the STL set pledges, that means our projected cost burden drops somewhat from our highest margin, and we can start unlocking a few physical model kits...
So, today's project update adds a new RESIN MODEL KIT to the Kickstarter: The Largo Cargo Lighter.
The Large Cargo Lighter is 85mm long, and will be supplied with one of our clear plastic bases.
Share the campaign to everyone on the planet, fifteen million times.
Albertorius wrote: I'm in for both STL sets right now, but I wouldn't really mind some physical stuff either, particularly some sweet, sweet Epic infantry...
Thanks Albertorius!
Hopefully the metal nuclear wastes infantry set(s) tempt you... maybe plus some ruined buildings for them to fight over...
Looking good! Make sure to drop by the titanicus news thread to show off your terrain, I'm sure a good chunk of people would be very interested in some great looking scenery
Finalizing a large Trade Order pledge with a retailer, which should help us move significantly toward the target.
So, for the final two weeks of the campaign we're looking at:
Finalizing a large Trade Order pledge with a retailer, which should help us move *significantly* toward our target.
Releasing an STL Set C.
If STL Set C garners enough pledges, that'll open up enough financial headroom for us to then open up the Tribal Skinners range of physical metal models for pledging.
Now, what will Set C consist of?
We look forward to revealing the full set soon!
Please share the campaign to the darkest pits of Hades.
Upped my pledge by a good chunk yesterday (may as well fill a whole table right?!)
Looks like there is a chance of finding now that you got a big boost. Have you posted an update on your previous Kickstarter to get into people's inboxes that may not be aware of this one? Gotta get that word out!
We're now past the £10,000 mark in pledges, and are now on the downslope towards our target of £16,000.
To help us reach our funding goal, today's Update adds three Tribal Skinners sets to the campaign.
We've been able to open these sets up before we've reached £16k, because the good uptake of STL set downloads means there's some financial headroom available in the campaign finances that we can now allocated to a handful of extra model kit moulds.
The three sets are:
Tribal Skinners Leaders Set
Tribal Skinners with Guns Set
Tribal Skinners Finbacks Set
All three sets are intended to be metal castings.
Share the campaign to any aliens you find at Area 51.

We've also opened up a new pledge level (DIGITAL STL ONLY PLEDGE - FOUR SETS) for those who want all four STL sets.
Please share this update on social media, to everyone who you think might be interested in a set of printable 28mm battle 'bots, tanks, aircraft and gun turrets... with extra interest from 28mm gamers, I think we'll make it over the line.
Ooh this is gonna be a close one! There has been a steady increase in backers over the last couple of days so I'm feeling optimistic. Plugged the kickstarter in my blog seeing as I am working on small scale wargaming at the moment so hopefully that interests a handful of people!
The latest towers look awesome! Now you just need to make some conversion kits to turn some GW Eldar walkers into their larger brethren, a simple headswap and bigger pauldrons should do the trick!

It does look possible we could make it now... fingers crossed!

Thank'ee kindly. :-)

Maybe for a future campaign I could do big robot bits... sculpting for this one is largely done now.
With a little luck, and a lot of support from our amazing Backers, there's a fair chance that we can bring some fantastic new model kits to your gaming tables, and STL's to your printers!
In previous campaigns, we've always made a point of giving out campaign-bonus Free Gifts to every Backer. So, if we hit our Funding Goal, I'd like to commit now that every pledge for physical models, will at the least be accompanied by a random model or sprue from our previous campaign-exclusive models:
From left to right: Novan General & Tribal Skinner General, Brandon the Architect, King Saullo & Eloi High Mystic
If we make it to £17k of Funding, every Backer for a physical pledge will also receive a metal casting of a custom sculpted senior Novan Political Officer, for Free.
If you haven't Backed us for a physical product pledge, but have pledged for one or more of our STL pledges, you'll receive a Free STL of this mysterious Political Officer, instead.
In addition, if we make it to £17,000 of Funding, Tribal Skinners Pumboar Riders (Cast in metal) will become available for pledging:
These roughian riders have No Worries at all.
Will we make it there?!
Maybe!
Share the campaign to your friendly neighbourhood spider.
Thanks lads! This has been quite a rollercoaster (So far?!) !
From the Campaign:
Hello Backers & Watchers!
PHEW!
This Kickstarter project has been a long road on our end, with the earliest conceptual stages happening in spring last year, and it's amazing that we've had such a strong response when bringing it to crowdfunding - we're really looking forward to bringing all these new plastic sets and miniatures to your tabletops (and STLs to your hard drives).
We've got a number of stretch goal surprises lined up for the last sprint to the finish line, so, roll on the next 24 hours!
Thankyou again everyone for the support you're giving our little project. Not every miniatures company gets to work in injection plastic, and it's a real privilege and honour that we don't take for granted.
First stretch goal (or perhaps, goals?) unlocks at £17,000...
