I'll give this a shot then, I'm just trying to figure out how I would act on the battlefields of the 41st millennium StarBomber WS2 BS4 S3 T3 W1 I3 A2 LD7 SV- Special Rules "AAARRRGGGG" Speed Freek "AAARRRGGG"- Easily frustrated, star can become enraged in battle, he may reroll failed rolls to hit in the assault. He also has the Rage universal special rule. (this rule doesn't apply when he is in a vehicle) Speed Freek- Hours of playing Gran Turismo, Burnout, Grid and the like have honed his Need for Speed to fanatic levels. Equipped with a vehicle on an open road, he may move said vehicle 24", regardless of the type of vehicle it is, even if he fails a difficult terrain test (though the vehicle will be immobilized at the end of the move). Without an open road, he may move any vehicle 18", but must pass a difficult terrain test if it is not already a fast vehicle, (fast vehicles that are not skimmers can be moved 24", but again, must pass a difficult terrain test). Vehicles also may use his ballistics skill.

I'm kinda wondering that myself, or why so many can fight as well as a space marine.
Way I see it, BS/ WS 3 reflects military or martial arts training and the like, BS/ WS 2 is untrained or unpracticed, WS/ BS of a 4 means that the fighter is either really skilled or very experienced in a fight, or perhaps they just have a lot of talent. BS/ WS 5+ is generally reserved for especially talented individuals, like Space Marine Captains or very old beings, and perhaps supernatural beings as well.

I shall redo mine. Also, I justify my BS4 only with my weapon of choice. I can handle shotguns, pistols and single-shot rifles fine but my performance with automatic weapons and carbines is spotty at best.
Owain
WS3 BS4 S3 T3 W1 I3 A1 Ld8 Sv5+
Special Rules:
Tactical Genius: Owain has developed a sound tactical mind thanks to his obsessions with wargaming and military history. He has the Tactical Genius special rule.
Coffee!: Owain loves coffee. Once per game Owain may drink coffee during the shooting phase. During the Assault phase and the next turn he has +1A, +1 Initiative, +1S, -1BS, and the Rage special rule. During the subsequent turn he crashes and has -1 Initiative, -1WS, -1S, and -2LD. He may not issue orders or make use of Tactical Genius, and moves as if in Difficult Terrain.
Wargear: Shotgun, close combat weapon, improvised armour.
Armour: While not very useful against ranged weapons, scavenged metal plates confer a 4+ armour save in close combat.
Options:
Owain may swap his shotgun for a close combat weapon and autopistol for free.
He may take the following wargear:
Carapace armour, 20pts.
Molotov cocktails, 5pts.
Swap shotgun for improvised flamer, 15pts.
He may also have the following vehicle options:

Medic: Makr has some first aid training, but doesn't really know what he's doing. Any squad to which Makr is attached gets Feel No Pain, but they must roll a 6 as opposed to 4+ to negate a wound.
Wargear: Electric Saber, Dice Collection
The Electric Sabre is a spare fencing saber with a barely-functioning car battery connected to it. The saber grants +1I, any model wounded has its attacks lowered by one next turn, to a minimum of 1.

I can't believe I'm the first guy to do this what a great first post oppertunity.
Chuck Norris (You knew somebody was going to):
WS:10 BS:- S:10 T:* W:* I:9 A:* Ld:10 Sv:2+ Pts:*
Weapons: Chuck has been rumored to carry Nunchuks but there have been no survivors to verify this. Chuck Norris guns are his left and right arms
Speciat Rules:
Toughness: Chuck Norris is as tough as nails tougher in fact, it's in his contract. Chuck Norris's toughness is equal to twice the strength of the attack against him +1.
Wounds: Chuck Norris recovers 2 wounds for every one inflicted on him. In addition any creature stupid enough to wound Chuck Norris must spend the next turn begging for its life.
Attacks: One roundhouse kick for every model in CC with Chuck; if you don't believe me then watch an episode of Walker Texas Ranger.
Terrain Pfft: No terrain is impassible or difficult for Chuck Norris, when presented with a wall or mountain Chuck Norris walks through it and that terrain feature is then removed from play.
Jump-Kick: Chuck Norris may deep strike into any enemy squad at any point in the game, this counts as a charge. Chuck Norris may do this even if he is already in play.
Push-ups: Because he carries no gun Chuck Norris does push-ups during the shooting phase, any creature in the universe within 18" immediatly falls back in terror at such a display of strength and speed. Chuck does this even if he is in CC.
Star of the Show: If you play Chuck Norris then you may field no other units in that game. You may deploy tanks but only as objects that Chuck Norris throws at his opponents.

To quote Cheese Elemental:
You're doing it wrong.
Chuck Norris:
Throw a live hand grenade at your opponent.

Probably because this thread is supposed to be about having fun with it Id imagine. Im pretty sure no one in here REALLY thinks they are as badass as their character profile says..... OR the holiest of holies (A Space Marine)
Always gotta be people to come around and piss on your shoes

Gwar! WS BS S T W I A Ld Sv Roolz Masta: Gwar! is so amazing and awesome that he can have whatever profile he wants. Wargear: Lazor Beamz (Count as a Twin Linked Layscannon). Points: Variable, calculated by the following formula, keeping any fractional points (because he is amazing!) The value for "Sv" is only the numerical portion. A Save of "-" counts as 0, which causes the Universe to Assplode. Each Characteristic can, of course, only be a value between 0 and 10. ((WS+BS)*(S+T)*(W+I+A)+LD)/Sv)

Wargear: Xbox 360 controller, laptop computer, stack of DVDs, Face of the Troll King.
Note: When using the Xbox 360 controller, Cheese gains S6, WS10 and A5, to represent his skill at whacking opponents with them in his nerd-frenzy. When shooting with his stack of DVDs (S6 AP1 assault 5), Cheese gains BS10 to represent his deadly shelf-loading skill.
Face of the Troll King: This horrific, grinning mask is the callsign of the greatest troll to ever have walked the earth. The mere sight of it is enough to induce nerdrage in even the most stoic of Internet Tough Guys. All enemy units with line of sight to Cheese suffer from the 'Rage' Universal Special Rule.
Laptop computer: This allows Cheese to go on any forum he wishes and begin an online flamewar. These forums tend to be those frequented by his opponents, and therefore your opponent may not deploy any of his troops until turn 2 as they stay behind to try and win the flamewar. Any units who enter the game via Deep Strike or who have a dedicated transport are automatically removed from play when they arrive as the beacon-carrier/pilot is too pissed off to concentrate.
Annoying Bastard: Cheese has caused many a forum-goer to lose their sanity and sometimes they even commit suicide. All enemy units with line of sight to Cheese suffer a -9 penalty to their Leadership and must pass a Leadership test every turn or be removed from play.

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made. |

Please ignore, trolling to let off steam about a pet peave
May I just say real quick and at the top of my lungs your 5.56 mm pea shoother cannot penetrate level 3 body armor! It does not have the same strength as a .50 SAW! Your .40\.50 cal sidearm cannot penetrate level 2 body armor and it has no where near the stopping power you would like to beleive. The day that an Uzi can be used as a matchgrade marksmenship weapon is the day that I will eat a box of ammunition. Muzzle loaders are heavy weapons not assault since you need to reload after every shot and anything using a .22 rimfire cartridge need not apply on any battlefield.
