I just got back from watching 2012. Yes, it's a shallow summer blockbuster filled with fantasy physics and grotesque misinterpretations of established science, but it's a hell of a movie. Now, somebody will have to come up with another way to keep all those CGI people employed, because the age of the big-budget disaster movie is over.
