Str11 (WTF LOLOLOL) Ap1 Range 60" Blast

trust me, it exists in warhammer 40k, but who can solve the riddle?

well, he says Blast, not large blast.

going through is topic history, he has created a lot of eldar army lists, so i flipped through my codex.

a Focused Prism-shot is 60" str 9 ap 2 blast
another prism adds to that one shot and it goes to
range 60" STR 10 AP 1 Blast
While you could add a third to make it Str 11, the BRB says you can never go past STR 10 on a weapon, and if you took it from AP 1 to AP - you made the shot worse than it is.

STR 10 is the highest you can get
AP 1 is the king of eating armor

And still wrong, since 3 Prism Cannons are strength 10.

If an assassain was ordered to 'by order of the inquisition/emperor' they have to do it

because if the emperor was in a unit with a commissar that failed a morale check, the commissar would be obligated to summarily execute the model with the highest leadership (which would invariably be the emperor). The guard codex says that commissars will never execute another commissar of any rank, but it says nothing about anyone else found wanting...
