Yep. Agreed. Build-wise however, I think he's almost there, although judging from their armour, Space Marines have a flatter stomach. But that's something he can't help without fictional enhancements.

Judging by the ankle to knee proportions on the female in the picture and then knee to hip and the dog near her, I'm going to guess she is about 5'2". And even though Mr. Marine is a stride or so ahead of her I will guess he is about 6'3"-6'4". So keep the build and add 2-3 feet in height, bingo.
