I just got a verbal confirmation from the Manager at Granite Run Mall that our deal for a new space has been approved. The new store will be over 5000 square feet of space. Currently I rent two spaces in the mall, the bunker is about 2400 square feet:
and the main store is about 2200 square fett:
The new store will be more than both of these spaces put together. We'll be moving the bunker upstairs to the new location in the back of the store, and expanding our already pretty extensive line of games up front. This location also has an outside entrance so we can game late into the night on weekends, and it's right across from the food court.
We're hoping to have it all moved by July 1st, just in time for DakkaCon. Part of the delay in announcing the next Dakkacon was the chaos involved in where the hell the store would be.) I'll post up pictures as we go, and lots more about the July tournaments at Dakkacon over the next few days. The boys in the DCM are helping to flesh out the rules for the WFB GT and the other events.
Going from a store with 2k square feet to 5k is exciting, as is the idea of having 20 tables to play on at all times, and more for big events. Keep your fingers crossed, as we don't have a signed lease yet, but the mall is hungry for bigger stores and is pushing the deal as fast as they can.

Upstairs at the top of the escalators, across from Chick Fillet, and two doors down fromt he cheesesteak place. Used to be a Lane Bryant store. Nearly on top of the bunker on the first floor.

Oh man, this is great news! I can't wait to see the new location, it sounds like the perfect place to move into - having the Bunker actually be part of the store proper will be fantastic. And I'm also excited about another DakkaCon, I'll definitely have to clear out room in my schedule so I can come down for it!

Granite Run's a bit of a hike, but nothing hugely out of the way - hop on the Media/Elwyn line at one of the SEPTA stations, and take it all the way down to the last stop, then hop on the 117 bus and it'll drop you off right at the mall. Takes roughly an hour to get there. If you plan on staying late, however, keep the bus and train schedules in mind so you know when the last one leaves - I forgot to do that once, and got into a bit of a pickle trying to find a way home until RiTides helped me out! (This was during DakkaCon in January.)
And it's fantastic - Mike's an awesome guy to have around, and the terrain is wonderful - pretty much every type possible that you could want.

Pictures are of the current store and bunker. The new space looks like an empty, crappy clothing store.)
We'll move both store and bunker up to the top level and combine into one 5000 square foot monster. Keep the 20 or so tables from the bunker, and set things up so we can pull more tables from the back for large events. More wall space means more miniature space, and room for all the paint racks I keep getting in.
Back door to the parking lot means gaming until 2am on weekends, and I can put my grill out back to do burghers for events. (Stealing the idea from Inner Circle when they ran stuff at the Baltimore bunker.)

About a 30 minutes by car from CCP according to Google. I intend to try that out next Monday after class (~130) if you want to carpool. Might be on your own coming back though, depending on my schedule 
Hey Mike, while I am thinking of it, do you have wireless at your store, or somewhere nearby? I usually have to do a few hours work (damned job) and it would be handy if I could log in from the mall there.
