Do you have a deck or deck style you love??? Whats your favourite??

I like LD, although I would prefer "resouse management" as LD makes you sound like a griefer. A close second comes Milling, then Lifegain. So, the sort of deck i like to play (not really now though..) are:

UR/RG Magnivore
Ponza
RG Wildfire
Proc-Matyr
Necro
Mono G Midrange (with Plow Under).

What about you??

Right now I'm using a B/W prison deck, lots of Minister of impediments, plumes of peace, logic knots, etc. To give it some kick, fencer cliques and primal plasmas, with a vieling oddity to make them all unblockable when it comes in. Do it right, and you can wipe upwards of 20 life in one turn.
You can tell I only play casual.

Suffolk, where the Aliens roam.

Back when I played it was red/black 90% of the time, or Green/blue.

I did like the black/red combo though, mainly as it was often a good example of an evil force when playing the game.

Used to be based around monsters like Nightmare, Fallen Angel, with lifeforce draining, and enemy creature destruction in spades. Worked quite well at the time.

Bl/Blk here, Library Destruction. I think I only had two creatures capable of getting above 2/5, but every single one of them was unblockable and took two cards off the top of your library and threw them in the grave.

I once pit my 60 card deck against my dads 120 card deck, he even got to reshuffle twice, and I still tore him down before he could do much of anything.

I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.

I have fond memories of the Megrim-themed deck (Stronghold expansion I think), which I beefed up a bit. 6 of us were playing and I hit everyone for 12 before getting ganged up on - good ol' Dark Ritual :thumbsup

Haven't really played since then...

As for me, Kuldotha Red. Win big, or don't win at all. I loved the looks on my friends face when I was able to place down 3 Ornithopters, 2 memnites, and a goblin guide, then get goblin bushwhacker in on the next turn.

Blue Library destruction with counters coming out the wazoo.

Look upon your barren field, ripe with mana, and your empty library, and despair.

There are some who walk until their legs fail them and they fall to the ground. I find that respectable.
Then there are those who drag themselves further. I find that admirable.

My favorite decks:

37 Plague Rat, 16 Swamp, 7 Dark Ritual. Ideally, I'd turn this into 30 Plague Rat and 30 Black Lotus, but that's never going to happen.

Kird Ape, Lightning Bolt, Giant Growth, Scryb Sprites, and a backup plan of Channel + Fireball.

Straightforward B/W discard with Black Vise.

I used to love making decks themed on creatures (goblin decks, elves decks, minotaurs decks, etc). I didn't make them well but they were fun nonetheless.

I recently got back into Magic (playing it with some buddies, and teaching the girlfriend how to play now). I love Tribal decks, so I had a ton of them back in the day. My best was probably a White Soldier deck built heavily out of Tempest/Onslaught. Recently I've started working on an Eldrazi deck, and I'm re-tooling a Red/Blue Mill-Direct Damage deck that I've been toying with on and off for years.

Runnin up on ya.

My favorite turns back to the days of the channel/fireball deck I used to have. ah....a few mox rubies and emeralds a black mox and instant death to your opponent.

Glad I made a mint when I sold that stuff but I loved the deck.

Well, disregard that first post. Between my entire play group bailing on me because they don't like my wife 'sometimes' and MTG jumping the shark with "Transform", I'm selling off everything but my Legacy Burn for the occasional SCG Open. It's been a fun 3 years...

Haven't played since Weatherlight.
My faves were: a red/black "thunder and lightening" deck, Thundermares and Ether Flash, lots of direct damage.
And a black/red "4&20 rat deck" loaded with buffs and Soul Shrieks..... Took third in tourney with that, nothing like a 25 point hit on one play to ruin a guys day

EDH is great, especially now that so many people play it. Wort, Boggart Auntie is my favorite deck. There's just something hilarious about dropping a Cabal Slaver and swinging with an army of "harmless" goblins that now discard when they hit. Or playing Partriarch's Summoning and naming "Goblins" after somebody nukes the board. Or playing Conspiracy and naming "Goblins" so that every spell in my deck, hand, and graveyard is a Goblin that can be recurred, tutored, or put into play.

Back when I used to play my deck was this:

18 swamp

2 Hypnotic Specter

40 Sinkhole

Brought it to one of the very first tournaments for MTG at Gen Con.

won the tourney, then the next tourney there was a rule about only having a max of 4 of any one non land card in your deck.

Kind of bummed me out.
