We all know that not a single Grey Knight fall to Chaos - and that is their biggest pride.

But what about other Chapters? Because there is no info about a single Astartes falling to Chaos can we then assume none ever did?

For Emperor and Imperium!!!!

I'm a little confused, are you suggesting that no space marine has ever fallen to chaos?

Because I'm pretty sure the Horus Heresy isn't just another one of Bjorn the Fell-Handed's ramblings...

Many, MANY Space Marines have fallen to chaos. In fact, whole chapters have succumbed to it.

PM me if you want me to draw anything related to Warhmmer 40k. I will put it in my gallery for all to see.

Not that folks...

For example we know that half of Dark Angels fall... ( in this moment Deathwing Terminator teleported beside me and point his Storm Bolter on my head so I must stop typing this heresy.. ).

From the fluff I know that Blood Ravens have fallen ( some of them ), few Black Templars, Blood Angels, entire Astral Claws...

But I never heard about White Scar or Salamander or Iron Hand marine falling to Chaos... Could it be that none marine from their chapters ever fall or there is yet story to be wrote about this?

Do you really want a story for EVERY chapter on a member(s) falling to chaos? There's only so much treachery a person can take before it gets boring.

Given the Grey Knights special status, we can assume that just about every other chapter has had a marine fall to chaos at one point and it's just not reported every single time in fluff.

A White Scar who falls to Chaos and manages to escape would probably joint local pirates or make his way to the eye of terror to join a warband. The Black Legion and Red Corsairs are welcoming of all Chaos Space Marines regardless of past affiliation or which God they worship.

Putting aside the whole Horus Heresy thing which is well documented, since then, I think Codex C:SM says there's been about 500 incidents post heresy. Those can range from anything from a single marine to an entire chapter. When it comes to entire chapters though, The Astral Claws are the only ones I know about. Most incidents are probably corrupted Librarians actually. This is over a 10,000 year period remember. Overall, they loyalty rate is probably over 99% post-heresy.

Not sure if serious...

And Huron Blackheart, after spanking Space Wolf ass, the cowardly Space Wolves converted to Chaos so he would spare their lives. So it does in fact happen.

The Dark Angels and Luna Wolves, both considered some of the purest Legions, suffered quite a lot of treachery. Space Wolves, some of the most dedicated and stubborn Astartes, have turned. A squad of the Sons of Gulliman turned to Chaos once and enslaved a planet (it wasn't very densely populated though). So I'm pretty sure lots of individual Marines have turned to Chaos and deserted their posts or gone insane and died in a hail of gunfire.

How would you react if I said, "Since it appears there's no examples of Space Marines being skilled (it's only implied, never directly stated) can it be assumed that all Loyalists Space Marines are incompetent buffoons whose only strength is their extreme luck? This is no way Chaos Fanboyism."

The entire 6th company of the Salamanders (IIRC) turned to Chaos... they are now known as the Dragon Warriors.

BTW, when did Blood Ravens fall?

Not to mention those Gauntless. Taken from a beaten Chaos Champion. Utilizing 'unknown technology', with skin so tough they can't open them to see the inner workings.

Sounds very much like those things Chaos Champions use. You know, daemon weapons.

Grey Knights are unique because they are the only chapter that hasnt had any one fall to chaos.
Therefore everyone else has had at least one.

Since in the Chaos codex, there's an example of an Ultramarine and a Space Wolf squad falling to Chaos, it's pretty clear that Marines aren't immune to corruption. Huron was originally loyal.

Arguing with some people is like playing chess with a pigeon. You can play the best chess in the world, but at the end of the day the pigeon will still knock all the pieces off the board and then gak all over it.

The fluff used to be that the space wolves were so fiercely loyal to the Emperor that they would never fall to the taint of Chaos.

Then they rewrote that so an entire battlebarge fell to Chaos for no reason.

But still, can't complain. It's not like the Space Wolves cuddled up to the Necrons
