The model looks even better than 'eavy metal quality, great work!
My only critique is the back of the banner, as it does not match the rest of the model (a bit flat and harsh highlights). Maybe some texture like the tabard would help?

I really like the cold grey of his armour. Is that NMM? If so it is done to an awesome standard. You sir are very talented with the brush.

Thanks. Yeah I agree it looks rough and I dont know why, IRL it looks pretty smooth, think I used to high contrast to make details stand out, it's all much smoother when looking in hand.
