yup. Got the dark angels stuff in, and the GKNFS, I have the swords painted, so what do you guys think?

the sword isnt bad, its no where close to the worst ive seen, i only think you need some more whites in there

not to mention a better air brush.

actually, the lightsaber effect was kinda what I was going for. It's practice for when I finally assemble my Missile launchers that will be my jokaero conversions. They'll be something like this

Interesting idea personally I think the orange is far too bright for ad-mech you'd be better of with something like Scab Red a more maroonish shade. I like the idea of the psycannon although I feel you need more bionicy bitz to pull it off on the regular troops. Also Brown Ink is a quick simple way to shade which will really help.

I think you have some really great ideas here! I take it you'll be fielding the army as GKs? I like your Isaac Newton

I have a few thoughts of CC for you: I echo the suggestion about needing some depth, though I use washes and not inks. I think that is the easiest way to get a model to tabletop standard. Also, I'm seeing a lot of mold lines still on your marines. Make sure you clean those up before you get too far.

I'm not going to worry too much about the mould lines and everything will be washed once all the basic paint and assembly is done. I'm trying to get everything ready by january. and if I can get my valkyrie sold off I've got two psyflemen quad walkers to build.

The only problem with assembling, painting, and then removing the mold lines is that you'll have to repaint those areas (because the paint gets removed with the mold line). It's a good idea to just get it over with. Unless you've pioneered a way to remove mold lines without disturbing the paint. In that case, I'd be very interested to know how you pull it off

My revolutionary method? Don't care about mold lines. They aren't masterclass painted anyway.

yeah the undercoat was watered down way too much. I had to respray it a few times.
