Who in your opinion is the bottom of the barrel in the 40k universe? Whether it be an entire race or just one person or anywhere in between.

And on the other hand who is the biggest BA? again can be an entire race, a squad, whatever. Or any combination.

For me:
BA Race: Tyranid
BA individual: Captain Titus (he may be an ultra marine but he killed a daemon prince with his bare hands....)

FAIL Race: Tau ( GW screwed them over fluff wise)
FAIL Individual: Leandros in the 40k video game....

Well, the award for the most Bad Ass and the Most Fail both go to Draigo for his absurd fluff.

Marneus Calgar is referred to as "one of the Imperium's greatest tacticians" and he treats the Codex like it's the War Bible. If the Codex is garbage, then how bad is everyone else?

Never take game fluff as real fluff, he was not a full Daemon Prince and was probably still mutating further.

The biggest indicator someone is a loser is them complaining about 3d printers or piracy.

Well you have to respect the game. GW got probably massive amounts of money from permissions and it put 40k on the map for consoles. A great idea for a different style game than Dow. However, yes I'm sure he was still undergoing changes to get his full power up and running.

Fluff-wise:

Biggest badass overall: Imperium of Man
Biggest failboat so far: Dark Eldar tied with Eldar - they are all dying (Tau have a fresh approach and a chance should they acquire FTL travel)

TT:

Badass: Necrons tied with Tyranids (it's been a few years since I've played a game though)
Weakish: Space Marines (but I still love them)

Why do people use fail as an adjective? Ugh. Entertaining topic, but I don't get that meme.

I'd give a special mention to Gunnery Sergeant Harker for being a huge badass. Dude's not bio-enhanced, not powered by space magic or daemons, and can still shoot a heavy bolter from the hip, headlock a Ravener until its head pops off, and punch as hard as a Space Marine.

BA faction - Chaos, why because yet to see anyone kill their leaders(Nurgel, Khorne, Slaanesh, and Tzeentch) and they replace their champions with everyone elses.
BA Individual - I'd go with Russ or Draigo.. running off to crush endless hordes is pretty badass even if its outlandish

Fail Faction - IoM, only current race that loves kicking it's own ass more then the orks
Fail Individual - That stupid art collecting necron Trazyn I think is his name

The enemy of my enemy is a bastard so lets kill him too.
