That circle shot around the whole group really was a nice money shot for that trailer. Very surprised to see Hulk as part of that shot though - I guess he's not that uncontrollable. The "We have a Hulk" bit was great though.

Still hoping we get an actual 3 minute trailer later on.

Now that I know the Hulk will be in there somewhere, Im getting a bit more excited for this one. The Hulk fething OWNS!

Yea I know that, but until recently, they havnt hinted at him being in the movie at all. Hence, me a madpanda

I though I had at least seen him before in one of the other ads. At least his intro in this one was nice. "I have an army" "we have a Hulk" *jumps through planes*.

He might have been shown earlier, but after the first few trailers I saw, excluding Hulk, I decided I didnt care about this film

I'm guessing the guys that are surprised to see the Hulk either didn't see, or forgot the ending of 'The Incredible Hulk' when Tony Stark mentions getting a team together to General Ross. Not directly saying the Hulk would be involved, but a big gesture he would be.
Also the ending hints Banner is in control of the Hulk now, hence why he appears more 'controllable'.

Looks to be a great film though!

The X men films are made by Fox who own the (film) rights to those characters, for quite some time IIRC, as long they release a film every X years. Sony have a similar deal with regards to Spiderman which is why we're getting another reboot of this franchise later this year.

I believe there's a similar deal with regards to the Fantastic Four characters as well, we've had odd rumours about another film of them in the future, although I gather there has been some talk about the rights to those cvharacters maybe being sold or swapped back perhaps ?

Hopefully not like the crappy Deadpool in that Wolverine movie. I don't really read any comics but Ironman and him are my two favorites.

It is gonna be difficult to portray him as 'the merc with a mouth' and him breaking e fouthrth wall without it coming across cheesy or lame but I think it's possible.
Deadpool as Wade in 'X-M:Origins' was ok, wasnt a big fan after the transformation.
There will be ALOT of people with something to say about the film, with Deadpool having huge fanbase, so I would hope they would make a big effort to meet most expectations.

This is Great timing, I finally saw the Thor film yesterday (and controversally enjoyed it immensely), this should be good.

while i love the Tony Stark character that Robert Downey plays there are other performances that shouldnt be overshadowed by him, like Loki for instance

In contrast thats about the only reason I'd want to see this.
Positives:
*Robert Downey best type of performance.
*I understand Joss Wheedon is directing.
*Black Widow.

Negatives:
*I hated Thor. I don't see the motivation of Loki. Its just dumb.
*I literally went off and surfed the web midway through Captain America as it was so boring. The Wife literally fell asleep.
*I am the heretic that was a fan of the Ang Lee Hulk movie but not the second. I do like Hulk Smash though.
*I could care less about the archer guy, although I like him as an actor.
*If its aliens attack or whatever, wouldn't it be better if Stark mass produced suits so we could have Warhams 2012?

Huh, I don't know about the movie, but I liked the recent animated TV show.

I really hope to God that isn't the best line in the movie, because it being spoiled by a trailer would be sad.

I think people missed the hulk in the previous trailers because he wasn't transformed. Mark Ruffalo is the Hulk, not Ed Norton so he was easy to miss.

Personally I've enjoyed all the Avenger movies in last few years (Hulk, Thor, Captain America and IM) with my least favorite being second Iron Man movie. Personally I think it's gonna be awesome!!!

No Edward Norton? I may have to give it a pass then

Ill admit, I too have enjoyed those movies you mentioned as well. Surprising on Thor, because personally, I think Thor is a terrible Comic character, its just soo..... weak IMO. I need to make a comic book NAOW! but uh...well.... Ill use....erm..... THOR! yeah! PERFECT!!!!!
