Hi folks !
Chaos Chosen from Dark Vengeance.
Here I was experimenting with nmm and limited palette.
I use black-grey-white for the torso gradient,
Snakebite leather and Red leather VMC for glazes,
Snakebite leather+ black for the rug, then adding Dark Flesh VMC for highlights (its look like greeenish, but its not. Its the trick to contrast the red without using cold green)
Red gore, Blood Red, Blazing orange and Golden Yellow for freehands, gems, glazes.
Base contains little blue and green in shadows.
Its 2.0 ver because I add more white on highlights after I received some advices, thanks to Daniel and Matt.

A) Thanks for telling us it was a commission up front, I really appreciate that! It makes you seem more honest. B) Great model! Dang fine work! If I might ask, what did you use for that vicious looking bladed plant on the base? (That's probably my favorite detail.)

To Jimsolo- its flower from chinese tea. You know, its such a tea balls, which blossom in teapot. Often contains some flowers on top.
I drink only delicious tea ) So I have a lot of this stuff.

Huh. Do you lacquer or clear coat them to make them any more durable? How fragile are they?
I play the Kabal of the Bladed Lotus for my Dark Eldar, so it might make an interesting addition to my basing schemes.

Jimsolo> Just superglue, primer, then paint.
I remove outer layer of petals from the flower head. (Outer petals holds weak) So I have only strong base ln rest.
You can also use that removed petals as nice little leaves in basing
You can try, anyway.
Only note, that You should drink and enjoy tea before detach the flower an let it dry )

Life is like a box of chocolates. A cheap, thoughtless and perfunctory gift nobody ever asked for. Unreturnable because all you get back is another box of chocolates. So you're stuck with this undefinable whipped mint crap that you mindlessly wolf down because there's nothing left to drink.
