I was reading the chaos codex on the iPad getting ready for the new psychic abilities. I'm trying to make a world eater army. I reading the sorcerer entry because I want to be able to summon a bloodthrister, if given the chance. The sorcerer entry states that if he is in terminator army he can take chaos rewards items. Then when you click on the rewards it says you can't take any steeds if in terminator armor. Then even if I could take one I can't take a juggernaut of khorne because sorcerer can't take the mark of khorne. So is this just a typo on a typo or can you take a khorne sorcerer in terminator armor on a juggernaut of khorne?
No Typo, Terminator Armor clad individuals have always had Restrictions preventing them from taking Bikes, Mounts and other certain pieces of war-gear. As for the Mark of Khorne, there is a lot of fluff concerning Khornes 'love' of psykers and the Rules reflect this by making sure there are no 'Khorne approved' sorcerers.

8th made it so I can no longer sway Tau onto the side of Chaos, but they will eventually turn aside from their idea of the Greater Good to embrace the Greatest of pleasures.
Giving that Khorne hates any and all kinds of Scorcerers, there are no Khorne Sorcerers...
Well, if you count DoWII as canon then there is at least one...
Kyras never once used his psychic powers for anything but to insult people.
All his slaughter was done by purely physical or manipulative means.

Also, a Sorceror that worships Khorne is not the same thing as a Khorne MARKED Sorceror.
Not everyone who worships a particular god is actually given a mark of that god.

Who would bring them from the warp?
The Lord of Battle himself. The Chaos Gods do have power over the materium.
Any of the following can rend a hole in reality wherever there is a chaotic presence weakening the barriers:
Sorcerer: Khorne. How I summoned Daemon?
Khorne: ¯\(°_o)/¯ I don't know. LOL.
Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Khorne is a massive hypocrite. Apparently using sorcery is "dishonourable" as an advantage or whatever, but giving his chosen Warp-enhanced combat prowess is fine? What is a Daemon Prince of Khorne if not a mortal seriously buffed by magic? A Champion of Khorne using a Daemon Weapon is using magic too, just not their own magic.
I'd love to see Khorne sorcerers if they were just seriously different to the conventional idea of a sorcerer. Perhaps their abilities could entirely revolve around close combat/things Khorne likes, and instead of will or skill, their powers are strengthened by pure rage and a lust for blood. A Force Stave that's also a huge battle-axe would be cool, too. They could be called bloodbringers or something silly like that (I mean come on, bloodcrusher, really). As long as it is well-suited to Khorne and not just your average Chaos Sorcerer dressed in red, it'd be quite cool.

There are Jews in the World.
There are Buddhists.
There are Hindus and Mormons and then.
There are those that follow Mohammed but,
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS KHORNE SORCERERS!

As the Emperor has made religion taboo, I seriously doubt the first 4 sentences. As they are incorrect, we can safely assume that the last line must also be wrong. Besides didn't Goto have a Khorne Sorcerer?

Undivided sorcerer, "sacrificed" to khorne
or
a "not sorcerer" that although uses the sorcerer points and statline is actually just a willing and blessed host for khornes most trusted servants. As long as all you do all game is try to summon daemons with him I cant see an issue fullfwise at all. His mastery level giving increased deny the witch would even be fluffy as khorne is clearly blessing his faithful with an immunity to the vile sorcery of cowards. Even should he get into CC his force weapon is clearly just his uncontrollable bloodlust and skill allowing him to decapitate, disembowel, or otherwise gruesomely destroy his opponent in a manner that would please khorne without ever using the vile sorcery lark.
Khorne used to have sorcerers but they could only use their psy points to use their force weapons (way back in Rogue Trader) as Khorne didn't like psychic trickery, but then it was retconned to a hatred of all psykers.
What about a crazed and zealous priest? One that is very in tune with the warp and unaware of his psychic powers/tries to ignore in his worship of the blood god. He occasionally uncontrollably uses them though in his rage.
Khorne sorcerors are perfectly justified both in fluff and gaming terms.
They would merely specialise in the summoning of daemons etc as opposed to the tricksy hobbit ways of Tzeentch etc.
If you dig deep enough in the background canon and fluff there are many cases of World Eaters etc warbands employing or using sorcerors to bolster their warfare.
