Which Xenos is the best in all reguards. Best weapons, best political system (if any), etc... Stuff like that. I just want to know your opinion and know why you think they are the best

Tough to say, but my vote would be for Tyranids or Orks. Orkz because they're just crazy, they're guns look like they will either blow up in their face or murder something, and they're generally just fethin' nuts.

Tyranids because their fluff is in my opinion by far the coolest, their entire army is terrifying, and the idea of them completely eating worlds just makes me laugh. They are my vote for the most terrifying army in terms of sheer unstoppable numbers.

Orks. They've managed to avoid the problems of other races ie economic issues, judicial system, political system by having really simple answers for everything.

Eldar or Necrons going by your edited question.

Both are very old accomplished races with high tech levels.

Tyranids for perfection of politics though, NOM NOM

What is the best weapon?

What is the best food?

What is the best college to attend?

Who is the best woman to court?

Fact is, which Xenos is the best is a pretty poor question

Tyranids win for best political and economic system, as they are simultaneously a perfect communist society and a singular entity. Orks are a close second for having a perfect meritocracy.

Eldar for weaponry in terms of total advancement, Tau in terms of average weaponry and technology. The Tau are at a stage of constant scientific growth, and are intelligent and capable enough to apply their knowledge to overcome new challenges.

The majority of Eldar technology is more akin to art than science, and would probably be devastatingly effective if managed into deployable formats. If the Eldar had colonies and holdings rather than being space nomads, suncannons on every soldier would probably not be too far-fetched.

Nice to see someone else is thinking straight today. There is only one answer for the question of “best” xenos. Unless you are talking about how to get them that way. I’m a big fan of “mowed down with a precision bolter drill” But have a healthy respect for “purged with Holy fire”.

YMMV

Depends on whether you see the real fluff as canon (TruCon) or the Matt Wardian equivalent to a 14 year old on speed (NewCron).

    The answer is orks.

In fact, if the answer could possibly be 'orks' it's generally best to assume that it's orks.

Even the Eldar agree that Orks have a unique and very simple way of living their lives.

    Tyranids

They have no technology to speak of as far as I'm aware and their political system is non-existent.

In much ways, they are like cats:
All they do is sleep and eat all day and when you even think about picking it up, its claws are already in your face.

I would go with Orks! Their economy, which is based on teeth, is ingenious. Population and wealth is always on equal footing and there is no such thing as a poor ork!

Their politics are simple and all orks accept it. Only the strongest and most kunnin' orks become leaders, which is what we want of our leaders.

They have no religious strife, all hail Gork and Mork!

    They have great population control.

Seems like an utopian society to me.

Men have become tools of their tools.

The dead ones. Orks and other abominations have no place within the galaxy. There is nothing left to be understood because there is nothing left to know. They are random forces in the universe.

Depends on whether you see the real fluff as canon (TruCon) or the Matt Wardian equivalent to a 14 year old on speed (NewCron).

You know, I never understood one thing. They already had established Necron cannon. Why not just build from that and say that there indeed was the Silent King who fought the C'tan, he failed in his war to free his people completely, but he did win one major battle. He freed several dynasties of his people from C'tan influence and fought them to a draw, because of which they were forced into eons-long slumber to gather their strength. And now, some Tomb Worlds, when they wake, are actually the Newcrons, with their own personalities, agendas, quirks, whathaveyous. But the majority of them are still under complete C'tan control. Those are the Oldcrons. The Star Gods themselves aren't shards, they are simply, like their progeny, beginning to stir. And when they wake up, the galaxy will fall silent. This is hardly perfect, but it gives a multitude of choices. Fans of the silent, dark figures of metallic bodies, evaporating everything in their path to free their Gods who call to them from their sleep, can still play that. Those players who find them boring, well, they can pick whatever strikes their fancy, while playing the same army. Perhaps those Necrons who are free are doing whatever they can to stop the C'tan from rising? Perhaps some of them are intent on reliving their old enmity with Eldar, or destroying Chaos for good, or finding a cure for their race, or finding their lost king, or perhaps they just want to kill Muhreens and go their marry way. Whatever the case, you can play what you like without feeling cheated. It's such a vast universe, why can't GW find a way to allow such choice of narrative in?

Under the guise of giving more options, they actually took options away, again forcing you into their own, narrow-minded way of seeing their setting. I wonder how hard would it be to give a job to one of the hundreds promising sci-fi writers who just can't make a break. Somebody who knows that making a setting means giving people freedom of narrative, not murdering your own ESTABLISHED cannon and then giving a weak-ass excuse just to make it seem interesting. "oh, but the Oldcrons were boring! We're giving you more choices, but because we're doing that, we must retcon everything from the start and you have no choice but to go along with it! Because that makes sense!". It doesn't. It's not interesting. It's rude, it's bad, unimaginative and boring. Ugh.

Rant over. Necrons and Eldar get my vote, as far as the OP goes.
