Ok, I believe i have worked out a price for the minis.
These values are based off my price for the full box (Which can be pre-ordered here: https://tabletopgamingmarket.com/shaekonnitgames/store/products/operation-icestorm-pre-order/), and the fact that requests have been overwhelmingly for the minis, with only a scant interest in dice, terrain, book and markers.
I have added what I reckon to be a fairly reasonable price for the extras, but interest in these has certainly been minimal.
You shall notice that the CSU has not been added to this list, as it is not for sale; it's a reward for those who buy the full box.

These values could change if it transpires that there is actually a big demand for the rest of the box, but for now this is how it stands:

Pan Oceania:
Fusiliers £3.50 each
Nisses £5
Orc Trooper £5.50
Akali £5
Father Knight £5
3 Dice £3


Nomads:
Alguaciles £3.50 each
Grezner £5
Mobile Brigada £5.50

Tell you what I will buy a set of the extras. I am not sure how useful the book will be to me though since it is geared around those minis in general.

Ok, here's an idea that's being discussed:
Buy a whole faction: blag some extras.

Helps offset the slightly skewed prices because of lack of interest in the extras.

How long is the line for Reverend Healer and Father Knight (or rather where do I step in line)? Dice, I'll see.

I'm fairly confident it will all sell, so I can provide them for you.

Seems they are priced fair as is. Really if I bought a whole faction plus extras I am paying roughly half the cost of the box. Maybe some discount after buying a whole side on extras but I wouldn't discount to much or you will take a loss.

Well, if I sell a whole faction that is half the cost of the box, and i'm confident in selling the rest.

The cost of the extras are pretty much a bonus, and I feel they are reasonable. Hell, I may actually make them cheaper.
Fact is, the real demand is for the minis, so the cost of the entire box is spread out amongst them.
So long as I sell the minis, I'm good
