Nicely in theme, solid start! Just replace the Dark Reaper exarch's weapon with a tempest launcher and you're ready to go.

Good list, as above, change the Exarch's launcher to a tempest launcher and that's a really good army.

You also don't need spirit stones on the Serpent, it's already incredibly durable without them.

Sit the spiritseer with the Reapers, doom whatever your target it and you win!

Swapped the Exarch weapon, I'm keeping the spirit stones because i don't know what to add with the last 15 point.

The -1 to hit is a good trade off and gets your units to where they need to be very quickly. You can still fire your cannons as they are assault weapons at -1 and with reroll 1s it's still fine! Do it on turn one/two to escape deepstriking GKs and they'll be unable to catch you.

EDIT: I'm dumb, still a good trade off though!
