Can I get it any worse?

You should wait for the new Codex, no more CTM, max 10 warlocks in the council (with compulsary witchblades) min size 10 Guardians(no more black guardians) etc.

The Falcons will probably still be solid, but Fire Prisms could be a substitute. In short, wait for the Dex.

I'm borrowing the army from a friend to play at the tournament with.

Can I get it worse?

Looks evil enough to me. Maybe one more Vyper one less Gaurdian squad to claim objectives.
