Well I was going to hand make dragonfly wings but after several 2nd degree burns i settled for the necron destroyer body.

I love the beatle wings. It's a great conversion, although I'm not sure how much I like the head from those photos. Do you have any close ups?

The wings are really nice, though I'd also like to see a better view of the head, and I wonder if it would look better with bigger claws.

Ya the photos arent that great the digital camera i was using was not that great it took me an hour and like 100 delteted shots to get those 3, Hopefuly by thursday I will have a better camera to give more detailed photos.
As for the claws i was going to have 3 but i quickly discovered that the 2 claws barely fit in the space alloted for them.

sirslamb - i took an old "sqaure" shaped tissue box and made a lightbox with white sheets of paper - shine a bright light through the sides or top - it came out well even with a poor camera.

oh - is he standing on top of an Imperial AT-AT??? hahhaa - it looks like the top plating of one?
also - those "beetle wings" i presume thats from a plastic Necron Destroyer??

Yes he is standing on an AT-AT witch I am working on for my Space marine army you are the 3rd person to notice that, and yes the beetle wings are a trimed down destroyer body
