Fair enough. I generally use a random fantasy name generator, then tweak it so that it sounds more 40k-ish. I think that Kaless was "Cai'lac" or some such thing.

I usually chose a theme for a character then find names that relate to it. Surnames are as easy as just using another language then polishing it up a touch.
That being said, waiting on the side is boring. 
Whether or not this becomes the gakstorm I thought it might when I ducked out remains to be seen; but beats waiting I guess. I mean it'd be a waste to make a character then not use them, right?
