Appearance: Bald, Scar down the right side of his face

Armament: two Power Swords, Jump Pack & a Plasma Pistol

Background: Daston was a respected Assault Marine sergeant of the Blood Angels. He had a spotless record, only losing 25 men in a century of service. It was in a battle against a Tyranid splinter fleet by the name of Hive Fleet Orboros. His squad struck against orders at the Hive Tyrant commanding the Nids, killing it but losing half of the squad. After that battle, after the death of most of his squad, the rage in Daston triggered his long-dormant flaw. Succombing to the Black Rage, Daston slaughtered many of the battle's survivors before fleeing for his life. In the decade that has followed, Daston has learnt to control the rage, using only when in great need.

He now goes wherever people need a job doing, for little more than the enjoyment of it.

Can I join, and can I be a Space Marine with his own squad?

I guess I'll try to get into this one as well. Probably as a Hospitaller (even better if an Inquisitor joins or something) or Palatine/Canoness. Commander if it's Canoness as that's the lowest ranking one (has approximately 200 at most). Where as the other two, Preceptor and Superior have 1k and an entire order respectively. Would probably make it a smallish elite force (trying to be discrete about it out of possible shame etc). Considering the amount of forces they sent after the only SoB that previously fell it would be pretty light .

No necrons. No more nids. Pretty much every faction, loyalist or chaos is prefered, but I don't mind if you're not.

I meant in NPCs as to chase a fallen the SoB would easily throw a minor order after it, that's if they had decided not to attempt to save face and go with less. Either way it'd probably be 20 at the least.

Hell it'd actually fit in if I RPed my entire 1k SoB list.

Background: One of the youngest to achieve the rank of Canoness within the order due in part to a selection process from before the order was forced to cease acting as a stationary guard for the garden shrine planet Lillium. She is usually found somewhere around the middle of the action and very rarely is she not accompanied into battle by her twin Lily; the two usually helping to cover the other's flaws. Out of the two she is the better fighter, occasionally she may come up with a decent tactic but generally the tactics are not too original or blunt.

Background: Unlike her sister she isn't much of a fighter, average at best. What allowed her to raise to the rank of Palatine was her tactical prowess and ability to inspire virtually everyone around her no matter how dire the circumstances. Usually found alongside Alphonsine, where she can best devise what action to take next, what actions their opponents would likely take and then raise morale to ensure it is done.

Squads:
Aegis of the thorn: Alphonsine, Lily, Hospitaller, three Celestians armed with bolters. Transport: Requiem of Lillium, Immolator with twinlinked multimelta, stormbolter and added armour.


Squad Castigo: Superior with chainsword and hand flamer, heavy flamer, flamer and seven sisters with bolters. Transport: Agito, rhino.


Squad Secondus: Superior with bolter, two flamers, seven sisters with bolters. Transport: Velox, rhino.


Exorcist Tempestas


Obviously the Exorcist will be sort of a reserve, already balancing it out by only using one as the 1k list has two as it is. Three is pretty much mandatory for them after all.
