Ok, progress, next commission set done, all pirates in rubber, alien leader done, rasputin dwarf, k's mongolian goblins and evil dwarfs, and several of Kyte's sharkmen done.

Cut almost everyone's stuff and did a few quick upgrades due to request. Trenchers being fitted to resin, big request and I think it's worth the shot as they are nice sculpts.

Next more of Kyte's, badsmiles busts, and a big, big commission along with the red coats from Ice. Triszin your in there also.

This week casting and molding all week along with getting gray resin's for the store. I want to release a few items this weekend all permitting. I am going to try like hell to get gray resins for everything cut which means cyclonus, K, rasputin, etc. Ice cutting the mutants now along with the mercs.

I made around 60-80 molds the last few weeks so lots to go through and cut.

if so I have 1 piece of advice. Make your space marines cooler than those of GW.

What would be really cool would be if you guys did 2-3 little " attack beasties" that Orks might like to keep as pets: all teeth and attitude, etc.

An untapped market exists for these me thinks.

They already have squigs. look in the orc and goblin section of the fantasy part of the store.

Yeah, those are somewhat underwhelming.

I'd like to see some true " ork attack beasties" that are bigger, more detailed and characterful. More of this sort of vibe:

Based upon some of the kick-ass sculpting on some of the daemons and alien critters in this thread I think some proppa "attack beasties" could be produced. I know I'd by a bunch.

Supposed to be sort of like "romans in space" as in the guy depicted is a legionairy and he is wearing powered armor, but is a regular human.

The Legionary is still in its very early stages, same as the Armoured Flesh Golem, there is still a very lot to do until it will be fleshed out. I think it will be many months until the concept is advanced enough for models to be made, so a lot of changed can occur.

Ed was rather busy lately making moulds, so expect a wave of new releases soon. Today Bocks' new Alien Brain finally made it for the release. It's a two part resin kit on a 40mm base, 1 for 12$, 2 for 22$, 3 for 30$:

Nice! I have some of the old cave squigs for my warboss and runtherds but would also like to see some meaner, more detailed beasties.

Phil isn't a sculptor (though he has been considering the possibilities of producing digital sculpts) but they will be produced as more of a community effort. once the concept is a little better defined I will be running it as a theme in the sculpting challenge. eventually there are plans for multipart Kits
