I know this is dumb but superglue does not seem to be doing the job.

Ack! Get that resin, and scrub it down in some lukewarm water with some mild abrasive soap (like Comet or Ajax). You can use an old veggie brush and then switching to an old toothbrush for the finer detailed areas. Forgeworld and just about every other resin caster use some sort of heinous mold release that repels everything from paint to superglue. Once the pieces have dried, you should have no problem gluing them together, though you might want to pin them together for added strength, even if it seems like an otherwise solid join.

Aye, wash them first, as Nyarly said!  Then superglue should be just fine.  I use superglue for all my resin panzers and assorted other vehicles for Flames of War.

I use two part epoxy to glue resin together with.

Works great as a gap filler and its bond is better than super glues.

Superglue should be fine, but you DEFINITELY want to pin that monster.

I have a couple of big minis like that by them (one is Chronopia the other a Bio-Titan for Warzone).
If I ever get around to using them (doubtful), They'll definitely need to be pinned.

..and, wash it well, like everyone says... Just don't use water that's too hot.
