Since Chameleoline is a Special Equipment Doctrine, it needs to be applied to the entire army.... RR's are excluded. Not sure if you put it on your Command Squads or not. I might think about a HB/AC or 2 in place of LC's. Otherwise a pretty standard list. Good luck

Thanks, I totally missed that. That sucks that I have to spend 10 pts a piece on camo for my suicide squads, but meh. I think in that case I'll drop one of the Hardened Vet squads so I can still take the RRs. I don't know about HB/ACs, in my experience the suicide flamer squads provide all the anti-infantry I need, and at closer ranges massed lasguns are surprisingly effective.

BatCountry, while massed lasguns are definitely effective against lighter targets, do you really want to rely on them to make up the bulk of your MEQ killing power, especially when it will take 18 lasgun shots to kill only 1 MEQ? The Lascannon and Plasma Gun combined will get 6 hits in a 6-turn game, and will only kill 5 of those models. Statistically, you have a 66% chance of losing your Plasma gunner if he fires each turn of the game - that percentage increases to 133% if he doubletaps each turn (12 shots, 6 hit, but 4 of the 6 misses will be 1's or 2's, and he'll get cooked by 4/3 of them.)

I agree with Flagg07, you need additional anti-infantry firepower. You have a ton of Lascannon's so your anti-tank is taken care of. No need for Autocannons (My favorite IG heavy weapon, and IMHO one of the most effective on the <1.2K game level), so I suggest a couple HB's. 10 points for 6 Str. 5 AP4 shots - that's some nice, cheap, killy power.

Again, just suggestions. I like the list overall - nice feel to it.

Thanks, CK. A buddy of mine has been telling me the same thing, and actually gave me a really good suggestion. If I drop two las-plas squads, I could take two infiltrating HB fire support squads with cameoline. I usually don't like support squads, because of their fragility, but with camo I think it could work, and 6 HBs could definitely lay the hurt on some infantry. I'm just wondering what I should do with the 30 pts it leaves me with.
