I've got a tourney coming up this week and am working on the following as my necrarch general (primarily because my local GW only has the necrarch model I don't like).

Could you see the following model as a necrarch or does have too much of a strigoi feel?

Yeah a bit too Strigoi/feral, for a Nechrach Id expect a more scholarly/wizardly look.  Maybe a robe would help a bit, or some scrolls...Those claws look very "protean" if you  know what I mean...

Hmmm... those claws are a bit feral. If they were cut down some, and with some pouches and whatnots added I could see him as a nosferatu-styled Necrarch. I do see where you're coming from though, those ghouls have that Nosferatu style and lend themselves very well to Necrarch vamps. I say go for it. I take it you'll be using him for both bloodlines? Strigoi are still seem mighty powerful in v7.

If you were to add something as simple as some tattered robes, which you could do in strips which would be reletivly easy to model, or some jewelery which would help bring about the 'noble' aspect which is missing a bit.  I hope that helps.
