Maugan Ra has always intrigued me, the only Phoenix Lord that does. After the little blurb in the new codex that reviewed his role in the Eye of Terror campaign, I thought Id build a list for him around that. For those that dont know the history, basically the EoT swallowed up his homeworld and he went in on a rescue mission and retrieved them so to speak. They are still a viable fighting force, but the rest of the Eldar don't trust them and are very wary of them. So I went with a theme that I thought would fit that. Psychics to help shield them while they were trapped in the warp, wraithguard so that they could recycle those that would otherwise have been lost to the warp, foot soldiers mostly as it's easier to be more elusive while defending yourself in the warp, though i did include some jetbikes. The paint scheme if I decide to do this will be black armor with white masks on the helmets to emulate Maugan Ra. I built a 2000 point list:
