Brightlance is a poor choice for a falcon because (1) it's only one shot and hits on a 4 and (2) you can't move fast (needed for glancing) and also fire your other strength 8 gun, the pulse laser.

Some people will yell at you for having three falcons.

The jetbike squads would be enhanced as fast tankhunters by adding a warlock with spear. That way they can zoom to the far corners and threaten whirlwinds, bassies, defilers, and other tanks that like to hug those corners.

Nice to see somebody considering a long-range shooty Eldar army (with pathfinders) and no harlies.

My thought on the BL were that if i ran into armor 13-14ish, Id use the BL, anything less, Id use the Pulse laser and its 2 shots.  I also figured to run the Farseer near them for guide if needed.

The advice about the Jetbikes is well noted, I may drop a Falcon and work that out.  Thanks.

On the brightlance thing: my grav tanks typically never shoot at the front armor of anything. They are fast enough to zip around, at least, to the side of something they want to kill. In the side/rear arcs, lots of str6 shots (i.e. scatterlasers and/or shuriken cannon) plus the pulse laser will usually take down anything except a land raider.

For land raiders, you have haywire grenades and psykers on jetbikes with str9 antitank weapons.

No one likes eldar...... but if you must play the beardless women, then I suppose we should try to help you. First off, reorginize your list so that it's easily readable.... right now it looks like your farseer has 15 Runes of Warding and 10 Runes of Witnessing...... Not only is it messy and hard on the eyes, but it's against the forum rules.... As for the list, you're missing combat killing power..... If a combat marine/ daemon army gets to your line... which they will on about turn 3, you can pretty much start packing up. You might think "Well I'm going to be shooting them for 3 turns then and there will be less models" But that's before they set up the giant tree line of death in the middle of the table, allowing them to simply walk to the middle, then jump pack over the tree and charge you. The Falcons and Jetbikes might be able to get away, assuming that the assault units don't charge and take them out first.... you'd be surprised how easy it is to take out a falcon in close combat.... those sixes aren't that hard to roll... Then you get one round of shooting with 21 pathfinders and whatever  else got away before you get assaulted again.... My suggestion? A wraithlord/ banshees/ avatar.... pick one, or all three.

Angron- crushing the theme and fluff of armies one horde at a time.

If I did anything I'd pull out the hawks and maybe one squad of rangers and add in some hand to hand.

Stones on the falcons will be a good bet too

Angron- I didnt see where anything in my post was against the forum rules, if you kindly point me to the line, Id gladly change my post. If you cant read a points cost with totals at the bottom, then maybe the problem isnt me. As for the other advice, thank you, I will take it under consideration.

FI- Yeah, was talking to a buddy of mine today about that, and i see your point. Am giong to try and run with 2 Falcons and put some Warlocks in the jet bike squads.

consider putting 2 6 man units of something assaulty in the list and throw them in the falcons. my suggestion would be harlequins, banshees or scorpions. the falcon is close to unkilable and you can have ur assault units there to delay the enemy while you shoot the rest of the army. If I were you I would do 2 units of harlequins w/ rending. its a real versitle unit, 4 attacks each on the charge, can get through any armor and can damage vehicles if you need too. skip on the shadowseer unless you feel like you need the grenades.

move falcon 12" shoot, next turn disembark harlies move them 6" fleet of foot d6" charge 6", move falcon after disembark and shoot. pretty reliable turn 2 assault w/ a nasty unit. if you really want to make sure you get in combat, forgo shooting turn 1 and just zoom 24" and disembark from there.

drop the hawks. i can maybe see the merits of a small unit for skimmer/monolith duty, but a full squad?

i really like your list though. I might try something similar, I have loved pathfinders every game I have tried them in, most I ever took was 10 though.
