I wonder why nobody responded to this list? Do we not know how to deal with a list with no falcons?

It doesn't look like a hard list, but it does look workable. The bikes, farseer and autarch are ample for antitank vs. heavy tanks. All the high-volume str6 shootiness can take out medium armor and swarms.

The artillery, walkers, guardians, reapers and probably pathfinders will have to set up a kind of terrain-based firebase, which is vulnerable to assaults, and people are really going to want to get those tasty VP-laden reapers. I don't see a countercharge unit to rescue them, except maybe scorpions, which may not be ideal because they don't fleet, or unless you hold back a unit of spiders, who struggle against dedicated assault troops. But if you spread them out, they can't support each other or benefit from the countercharge unit.

The dragons look very vulnerable riding around in the army's only grav tank (which is not allowed to take a holofield). All the high-power antitank fire will be focused on killing that, which will strand the dragons out of range. If you only have one grav tank and you want it to be survivable, it really needs to be one that can take a holofield.

So how do I fix things? Would you suggest dropping the fire dragons and adding a unit of shining spears? Those firedragons do add some much needed low ap firepower- of course the shining spears have power weapons. Another idea I had was to drop the autarch and the striking scorpions exarch and add Karandras into my list. Pointwise he is about equal to those two models, would this make my list harder? Also, I had question on his number of attacks- he starts with 4, +2 for his special mandiblaster, +1 as he has 2 single weapons (scorpions claw and chainsword) for a total of 7, 8 on the charge correct? Also, I am assuming he has str 9 when using the scorpions claw, as like a pfist it doubles his strength and the chainsword adds +1, would that be correct?

Karandas is 8 attacks on the charge, yes. But you can only use the special effects of one weapon at a time in close combat (the other weapon counts as a second weapon for +1 attacks) so he either gets double strength at I1, or +1 str at his regular initiative, but not both.

The big weakness of Karandas is that he is an independent character with no invulnerable save. So attacks can be allocated on him as a separate unit. The immunity to insta-kill helps, but a couple of rounds of power fist/ power weapon attacks will still put him down pretty fast.
