Hello all,
This is my first post on the board, but I've been lurking for a couple of weeks. This is the most rational rules debate I've seen on the web, so that rocks, and I hope I can live up to the expectation. My question is:

Are eldar warlock powers effected by the 'witch hunters are immune to minor psychic powers'? The section in the rule book on minor powers gives examples of minor powers as psychic powers that are not used in the shooting phase, however, it does not explictly state that 'all psychic powers not used in the shooting phase are 'minor''.

As a follow up, can my warlocks use of conceal be prevented by a witch hunter who is within 6" ?

What about the concealing abilities  of the Shadowseer, are they nullified, and if so, does that work allow any witchhunter to ignore the effect of the power?

Thanks all for the clarification, and sorry for not posting the exact wording, I don't have the WH codex, or the rulebook for that matter.

Warlock powers are not minor psychic powers. The Chaos Dex has whole lists of minor psychic powers that are labeled "minor psychic powers." The Eldar codex has no such moniker. Witch hunters are unaffected by minor psychic powers. Furthermore, neither conceal nor the veil of tears Eldar powers target the witch hunters, so they can't even be nullified on a 5+.

Warlock powers aren't minor psychic powers, so witch hunters aren't immune to them.

"The last known instance of common sense happened at a GT. A player tried to use the 'common sense' argument vs. Mauleed to justify his turbo-boosted bikes getting a saving throw vs. Psycannons. The player's resulting psychic death scream erased common sense from the minds of 40k players everywhere. " - Ozymandias

Excellent,
That is the way we'd been playing it, and I just wanted to verify that we'd been doing it right.
