Honestly, a mix. GW - partly for convenience, but the base colours and shades are really good. Foundry - convenience again, as my daughter has guitar lessons about 10 minutes from their shop, and I do like several of their triads a lot. Vallejo Model Colour used to be my go-to brand for reds and yellows. Carmine Red and Lemon Yellow are still favourites, but GW Mephiston Red and Averland Sunset get a lot of use as well. And a mix of other stuff - Coat d'Arms, P3, any colour or group that takes my fancy. P3 Menoth White, Morrow White and... White are a great combination for linen and warmer whites than highlighting up from grey or blue. Always fancied trying Reaper - maybe one day. ANd Army Painter washes sound good. Been tinkering with my own home-made washes too, with some OK results. For terrain, Anita's Craft range of acrylics were great, but I'm having trouble finding them locally so I tend to go with cheap acrylic gloop these days. Reeves I think? Sure I read somewhere that American craft acrylic brands were significantly better quality than British ones - I certainly wouldn't use Anitas for figures.
