I tend to have an over the top personality and it rubs people the wrong way sometimes, compounded by the fact that I state my opinions for the sake of sharing in terms of exactly what I mean, but it often gets interpreted as me trying to say either everyone should agree or things that are commonly to attached to opinions similar to mine are tacked on despite me never having claimed them but not disclaiming them either. Run-ons ftw! And I wish I could like Alexis more, but her body seems like it could be a little more optimal.

I don't think I would describe you that way nor would I say you rub me the wrong way. I also tend to find people are to myopic and self serving of their views of themselves to actually make an honest assessment of their personality. If you had said the sun was made of bleu cheese but that was just your opinion it would still be wrong. You didn't upset me, you just said something that was a load of horse crap and you got called on it. Then you tried to back pedal and use excuses like thinking to much or acting as if someone is silly becuase they go by the words you actually used. I never said "I don't like Cannerus" or anything of the sort, just that you were in error. We all are in error at times. I feel like you are adding more to it becuase you want the latter to be true, you are using me as a stand in for some authority figure you want to be arguing with but can't, or both.

You know jack about me. I'm completely up for admitting when I'm in error and I know many people who will back me up on it because, surprise, I've admitted when I was wrong to them. If I said the sun was made of bleu cheese you could point to facts that say otherwise so I wouldn't bother arguing that point. I'm going by your overall condescending demeanor (which I may be misinterpreting but I've misinterpreted the same thing a few times about you) towards my thoughts, and how you don't really provide back up as much as give a glorified "nuh uh." I have feeling if you actually wanted to discuss a topic at length you'd do it in a less... nitpicking (not completely worth my time) way? Maybe I'm just reading you wrong, because I know I definitely feel that way about your reading of my posts.
And for the record, I don't (typically, anyway) make excuses or backpedal, I explain what other people misinterpreted to begin with. There's certainly a difference.

Totally agreed, whilst a list of womens names and pictures may become boring, it's not as boring as the back and forth going on here. Maybe you two need to get a new post running - call it the Ahtman / Cannerus Discussion and knock seven bells out of each other.

The thing I said is that couples often get bored of sex when they've known each other for a long time. If this is what has been bothering you then I'd ask that you more clearly read my first post.

Again, that is not all what you stated. Again, your exact words are: we all know they tend not to do it near as much later on, often because it gets "boring". Besides making knowledge claims for people that you don't speak for, you also put the entirety, if not the majority, of fault on less sex on boredom, when,as I pointed out, studies show that isn't usually the reality of the situation. Sex being boring also isn't limited to long term committed couples. Just jumping from one set of genitals to another is no guarantee of excitement.

I think you're making a mistake there, even in your revised opinion. I think you'll a lot of couples stop having as much sex, not because they're bored with their partners but because the sex drive just isn't there anymore. That just comes with getting older.

Now you seem to be just randomly selecting sentences and making a statement as this has nothing to do with the last post. I never stated anything even related to this statement of which I do not deny. When the only reason you give is boredom and tell us that it is supposedly general knowledge and is frequent I am not sure how we are to draw another conclusion. You didn't really leave it open ended, so I'm not sure what use of grammar has lead you to believe that. I am getting the impression you either are trying to change your meaning now, or you didn't think that using certain words could lead to certain meanings. There is a world of difference between pointing out that boredom can be one of a myriad of causes of diminished sex drive and only offering it up as an explanation and then being amazed that people find that perplexing, if not a bit shallow.
