Just too many points for a 3+ T4 model. Nice offense, at least against MEQ, but die far too fast to be worth their price.

A problem that plagues many MEQ units, ironically, especially ones that prefer melee.

Space Marines:

Jump-pack Vanguard Vets. It's a jack-of-all-trades unit, TH, power weapons, SS, all that jazz. They're just too expensive

Honour Guard squad. Honestly, I love these guys to bits. I might have to start running them again, even if they don't perform optimally. Maybe with a Chapter Master and a biomancy Libby?

Land Speeders. When you're sitting on two Storm Talons, Land Speeders start to look a little redundant. Yea, 60pts for a rapid Multi-melta or twin heavy flamers is pretty good, and I may revisit them in a more mobile army

Bike Command Squad. Little expensive, and I've always focused on mechanised infantry, especially with the 7th changes to vehicles. That said, biker Chapter Master with shield eternal, with bike command squad. T5 2+/3++ with FNP is pretty sweet, so again, may revisit them in the same army I do the Speeders

My two Valkyries, if they count as a unit. They've mostly fallen to bits. One of them is missing a wing or two and the other is sat in a box partially deconstructed after being mashed around in a carrying case for too long.
