First one was delivered delayed (which earne me an extra month to my subscription (jipeeh)) and was delivered from UK. Second one was delivered now from Netherlands... Strange.

Bought it at the store last Sunday, my first monthly WD (because the one with the miniature was quickly sold out!) The issue is packed, great stuff!

Man.. I didnt get a September issue due to the poor wording on the site and GW didnt do anything to correct the mistake, now its Oct 8th and I have yet to receive my issue.. This experience is not sitting well with me.

Haven't received my October issue either. Per GW customer svc. it is only considered late if it doesn't arrive within 7 days of the retail release date. So called GW back Friday and they are now dispatching a copy that will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Since it probably will not ship until Monday, I will be lucky to get it by Wednesday, Oct. 12.

So far that is two for two on issue being very late or not delivered as promised. I live in a major metro area and I have not had problems with periodical service or other mail at my current address until now. Of course they have now revised the website to say that there is basically no guarantee that the issue will arrive before or on release date.

So far the subscription service has been extremely disappointing. At this point, not sure the subscription savings is worth the inconvenience and aggravation of late delivery which so far has required I call GW each time about the late or non-delivery.

Thats a shame. It is difficult to tell how much of this is gw's fault especially as accounts are so variable. I got both my issues on the Thursday here in Japan. I wonder if the size of the magazine is an issue. It is larger an heavier than most. I have had to take delivery of both my issues personally.

Hello. My name is Kronk. I am a subscriber and my copy has not arrived, yet. I have contacted GW. A replacement has been shipped, but I travel tomorrow. The earliest I get to fething read my copy is this fething Friday.

Mine had not arrived by Friday (October 7th) so I contacted GW and they set up shipping for another one. Then my issue arrived on Saturday.
Very disappointed that I am getting my mags almost a week after they are out in stores, that is why I stopped subscribing a few years ago.
I had high hopes for the new system, but now two for two, they have been late or never arrived.

Yeah, my October issue hadn't arrived last week, so I rang them on Thursday. They said that there had been a lot of issues about subs sent to my state and something something public holidays (which was only the Friday it should have arrived), and asked me to call them after the mail on Friday and if I hadn't gotten it by then they would manually send one out. I called Monday and so hopefully it'll arrive by tomorrow.

Had no issues with the first issue arriving, or my previous subs, pre-weekly - so I hope this won't be a regular problem.
