My order didn’t appear in the store even when it shipped.

They are not able to replace my items (as expected) so my MTO is being refunded in store credit (was hoping it would be refunded in time for the current MTO but has taken almost two weeks so far and no sign of it coming).

My Skyshield and Bastion was delivered last week, but nothing has appeared in my order history as they said it would. Not that it really matters.

I don't see why I can't have my order in my history as soon as I place it.

My order has now appeared in my order history, just taken two weeks longer than they said it would.

After over a week to respond to my last email GW appear to have retracted the offer of a refund and now over two weeks after the signed for parcel was stolen getting UPS to investigate so can’t see this getting resolved any time soon.

I finally received my copy of the Rogue Trader rulebook and the Votann character this week, so maybe the terrain will start rolling out soon to more of us in the US.

I hope I don’t have to wait until the middle of April, but I am fully expecting that I will have to.

This MTO ended Oct 2, so March 2 is in theory the end point.

If they didn't lose my order in the website transition.

I ordered mine on 30/09, so 180 days from then is 28/03. I'm going to wait until 20/03 before contacting them if there has still been no order dispatch.

Heard back from Customer Service, they at least have my orders, so alas I won't be able to convince them I'm owed 9 MTO metal thunder hawks.

But still this is incredibly frustrating, after 5 months several hundred dollars in orders don't even show up in my account. I never have had an online store just say "trust me" like this before.

I finally heard back from customer service about my Rogue Trader order after it had been delivered so they were just like 'seems like you got it, so you're good'. They don't seem to care that the new site is complete trash.

I’m sure the people in GWs customer service department are the ones most intimately familiar with how much of a garbage fire the new GW web store is.

Job description: receive and reply to complaints about problems that you had no hand in creating, no information about what caused it, and no authority to change.

I kind of feel bad for them. I still want my stuff though.

Just received a package out of the blue; no shipping notification, nothing showing in my Warhammer account, which wouldn’t be a problem, except that I’ve only received two of the three items. We’ll see what customer services say, but GW have made a right mess of their system.

I have a UPS shipment from GW coming on Monday. I'm expecting no other orders so I assume it is this.

Oha, got my shipping notification today - 5 month and one day after ordering. I remember getting a whole Vostroyan platoon after a few weeks... But well, at least they didn't messed it up.

I just got an email notice letting me know that my bastion and sky shield are on their way. With luck, they will be here by Thursday.

Also got an email today from GW for my order of a Bastion and 2 Bunkers. And another from UPS saying is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

Still nothing in my GW orders though.

I ordered on Sept 25th so that's a bit over 160 days now, limit was at the end of the month so I'm glad to finally get some news of that!

It takes around a week to update on GW site after its shipped.

Reminds me that I need to chase them up again as it must be almost two months since my parcel went missing and not heard anything for couple of weeks.

Well, I have no hope that the two made-to-order purchase I made last October will ever appear on my GW order history. I got my Rogue Trader rulebook last month and it still isn't listed in my account history.
