This is from the newest eldar codex.

It goes on to give the weapon stats for it. Otherwise, this is the rule in its entirety.

It has an odd wording that seems to imply (to me) that LOS isnt required.

What say you?

I believe there's a little blurb in the Eldar Powers beginning section that says Eldar powers don't require LoS unless specified.

Youre right. I missed that merely two paragraphs above the eldritch storm entry. Thanks skyth.

This power may not be so bad afterall, especially in COD.

Wow, how could you miss any rules in that wonderfully laid out codex...

d <--- still fuming that I have to refer to 3 or 4 pages to make a single unit.

Drano doesn't exactly scream "toy" to me.

Yeah, the layout while good looking, is somewhat cumbersome. it takes alot of getting used to for sure. Especially when looking up a rule, you have to check one part, then the other to make sure you havent missed anything.. Annoying.

It does take some getting used to. I've also posted rules questions and the answers have been in the codex, albeit not where I'd think they'd be.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.
