I'm dusting off my old Blood Angels, the first army I ever collected, complete with a delightful gloss varnish, haha.  I want to clean them up, put some powerfists in my Death Company and see how the army runs.  This army accounts for basically all the models I have.

The base team of Las/Plas and Baal Predator holds the home quarter, while the two assault squads and Rhino squad surge forward to meet the deep striking Dreadnought. Is that rhino squad going to be a huge waste of points? I suppose I could buy another Las/Plas... or put it in a drop pod?  Pod might work.  I kind of like the idea of a double melta squad, it seems to suit the Blood Angels.  Feedback is definitely appreciated.

Squad Firefox needs to drop the Multi Melta in my opinion. With the Veteran, the assault weapon, and the rhino it looks like they will be on the move most of the time. Otherwiser, it looks pretty solid at 1000 points. You might also be lacking a little in anti-tank. Dont trust you drop pod dred to save the day, expect your assault squads and death company to be the first to go.

Chaplain is a great HQ. Yours lacks Terminator Honors. No brainer to give him that.

Assault squad Sarge needs a Power Fist. Even though you'd like to give Vet Sarges to the Death Company, Assault squads, or large Tac squads you intend to put into CC need Power Fists. If you roll for DC on the squad, send a normal Marine.

I agree with dropping the MM. Not a viable weapon at all, except on vehicles. Dump the Rhino as well, unless you intend to put 10 guys in it. I run a Rhino with 10 Tac Marines, Vet, Power Fist and Meltagun. It's not the best unit in my list, but the rolling cover is nice, and I wanted to paint some Forge World doors. That said, don't bother with it in 1000 points. Make this a Las/Plas unit, use the points to fill out your Assault squad.

The Baal is a great tank, I'm not sure I'd run one in 1000 points, but if that's what you have, that's what you have.

I'd suggest dropping the Furioso and taking a Scout squad. Good source of DC, plus they can Infiltrate and tie up enemy units. They're also one of the few ways to get BP/CCW in a Blood Angels list, which is huge when you get free Furious Charge. Can't overstate the value of Scout squads for Blood Angels.
