In my chaos codex it states that servo arms can only repair "immobilised" results but in the space marine codex they can also repair "weapon destroyed" results so would my iron warrior lieutenant equiped with a servo arm be able to repair "weapon destroyed" results aswell as immobilised?

No, because a Chaos army uses Chaos 'dex rules, not SM 'dex.
