I've got a City FIght game lined up later today and we will be playing GRand Assault. As the attacker, I get a "free" Preliminary Bombardment. I was just wondering if it's possible to take the strategem and receive two of them?

I can't find any rules that would dictate otherwise and know that I've fought Speed Freaks in the past that were allowed two.

Just curious what other people though.
