Was there ever any female Farseer model?

I dont think so. Rune armor is a bit to constrictive to certian pieces of.....eqipment

I can't see why not. There's a female Warlock, so why not a female farseer? As for rune armour, it can be crafted to fit a female's physique.

Fluffwise yes. Model wise, can't say. No help to be had from this post.

A quick look at Dawn of War, if this can be judged official, says yes.

I personally made one of from a female torso of the Guardian squad and just converted a skirt onto it.
But thats about all i know

there was one kicking about but it was only a test model i can't remember which modeler made it though

I'd suggest using one of the Banshee torsos with Farseer legs, head, etc.

you can kit bash with the new plastic dark eldar
