Ive been a long time lurker here and ive decided to post my new army list. Obviously its intended to be themed but also its meant to be very competative. I intend to take it to a local tourney before going to conflict south.

Mindwar, Fortune, Doom, spirit stones, Runes of witnessing              160pt

1 farseer

Also - if you're thinking about writing a post, and the best way you decide to put it is "I'm describing a rape", you probably shouldn't.)

You have no real anti armor capability. I know you'll probably say the HK's, but honestly, do you want a bunch of 5+ Save models next to a tank that can potentially explode and take a good chunk of your unit with it? I experienced this with my Demonettes. In a crunch, I'd have to sacrifice them for this duty. I think the Harlequins are too integral to your army for this duty.

Don't allow a Farseer to roll 3d6 for their Psychic tests. It's a higher probability to get Perils of the Warp than w/o the wargear upgrade.

Embolden is a good idea for your Jetbikes, but the only shooting they have is at 12". I know they can move again in the assault phase, but there is so much that can potentially move 18", it seems they will not survive. However, I truly don't have experience running them.

Depending on what you intend for your Farseers, I'm not quite sure what to advise. If they are going with the Harlequins for the Fortune/Doom combo, I'd drop the 3rd squad of Harlequins and fill it with anti tank. If they are going with the Guardians, they definitely need the bikes.

Have you played this army yet? I think hearing some feedback on what seemed to work and what didn't would also be beneficial.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

It?s a decent list, if a bit monotonous.

A Farseer in Harlies works well. Fortune for the 5+ to make them last longer, and Doom to support. That?s what my Farseer does nowadays. Mindwar could be helpful here and there.

Harlies are good, but will give up points even with Fortune (any rapidfiring squad or flamer close enough to shoot results in painful and expensive casualties), and are virtually useless against enemy skimmers. Mechanized Eldar and Tau will be your bane.

The bike squads are pretty good, and you definitely need those spears, but I don?t think they?re enough antitank by themselves.

Check out some of the other recent Eldar list threads, especially with posts by Flavius Infernus. He?s been getting in more games than me lately with the new codex. We?re finding that it seems to reward lists with variety more than lists with a lot of repetition, because the units are specialized and repeating only a few units tends to leave you with big holes in your tactical capabilities. As noted, your biggest problem with this list is enemy vehicles.

If you?re set on using this basic list for theme, give Spears to the Farseers and maybe try to fit Fusion Pistols in the harlie squads while you?re at it.
